I really like the clothing but it's really too expensive. A normal cotton shirt for 65$ .. why?

This is my very first Google review and that is how strongly I feel about this store.Made an online order and thought that I would do a return today and take advantage of the cyber Monday discount and repurchase my items. I called the store and they said to bring the items in and they will issue a credit to my account and I can repurchase online.What a joke. Wasted two hours of my life to get there, the associate didn't know what they were doing. Told me they could issue me a full refund but I would have to send an email. I was already at the store so I don't understand why that can't be done in person. My other option was to get a credit into my account and repurchase my items online but would still need to come back another day to pick up, even though my items were in front of me. I asked a few questions to clarify my options and was responded with I don't understand what you don't understand" in a very rude manner.I took the credit because I was not going to risk sending an email to request a refund and then be denied having already made a repurchase. I leave the store

I ordered a product online and got lost in the mail. They were extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service!

Went there with my daughter. Sales assistant tried to find an article of clothing that fit her and even went as far as to let her try a XS women's sweater before purchasing even with Covid going on. The staff is extremely friendly and they made her day with the stickers!

Very, very nice apparel and the staff was extraordinarily helpful--very nice people. If you've got the money (it is kind of pricy) this is a great shop to visit.

I wanted something from Vancouver but not the cheap quality ones from the tourist shops. This store exceeded my expectations.

great store for shoes n Van city merchandise. great customer service, great atmosphere ! cool old skool hip hop toys set up around the store for customers to view . I highly recommend stopping in and checking it out !!
