The older lady is nasty, I thought her clear signs of aggression were my imagination at first because there was no reason for that amount of attitude from someone I've just met, I was told this is normal coming from her. Every order something is off like one piece of ham on a hole sandwich or a toasted sandwich and it comes back not toasted. I feel bad for employees around her. The food tastes so good it's unfortunate that her service is so nasty it leaves a bad taste in your mouth.

I ordered eggs and muffin and coffee total came up to $6.97 even dough there's a special says $3 server could not find on her computer, I got ripped of $2 I never buy anything from this store again

We have had sub-par experiences at other Country Style locations in the past, but have found the Eganville Country Style to be consistent and everything we have ordered has been delicious! Any food we have ordered has fresh ingredients and coffees are consistently good. Staff are friendly but the store seem to always be understaffed, but for a small town store with presumably limited resources, they are doing a fantastic job!!!!

Very slow service. Ordered a bagel and strawberry banana slushie. Waited a very long time and the slushie was terrible and the bagel was burnt. The lady behind the counter was extremely loud and constantly complaining to the customers about how busy she was. Never heard an employee complain to Customer's like she did.

My husband and I visited this Country Style with our 15 month old as we were passing through the town. We went inside, and were treated absolutely terribly. We were not even acknowledged, and the lady at the counter served three people in the drive through that came after us, and sorted her tip money, before we walked out without getting service.

Stopped for coffee and donuts - yummy! Way better than expected and just as good as tim Hortons. They do offer sandwiches and salads. They have a drive through and you can park beside the building since the front is often full. A few tables and chairs inside. There is an inside access to the I've cream shop next door.

My gf and I stopped in on our way thru eganville. We were treated horribly. Woman at the cash didn't even acknowledge us as we stood there for about 5 min. Then another employee came in from her smoke break and proceeded to make orders before even washing her hands.We left and will never returnTime to hire some new staff who treat the customer with respectSide note - As soon as we walked in the store stunk like really bad B.O.Edit-- filled out online complaint form like I was asked but was never followed up by anyone at headquarters.. just avoid this place because nothing will change.
