My worst paking experience ever!! There are a lot of other parking spots around, my advise is spare yourself the negative experience and park somewhere else...The employee is unimaginably rude and with no manners or decency, he started swearing very bad words infront of my kid and my sister who was visiting, just because some young kid passed by between my car and his booth when I was trying to payHis reaction was so unreal, I regret now that I didn't call the police on him

THEY LEFT MY WINDOW OPEN ALL DAY WHILE IT WAS SNOWING!!! and when I went to complain/pay i got told “I didn’t drive your car, it was him.” For 18$ I expected better.

Rude with always changing pricing. depending on the day you might need to pay first or pay when leaving. Paid first once and still had to pay again when leaving. Seemed like different policies for each employee that worked there. I would never go there again.

Arrived on a Saturday evening. Pulled up to the booth and asked the employee if we were allowed to park for 2 nights and how much it would cost. He said that it was fine to leave our car there for the 2 nights, but that there would be no in and out privileges and said we would prepay him $30. We asked what time we had to leave on the Monday and he said anytime. When we picked up our car on Monday evening, we were told that we had to pay another $30 before we could leave. We were confused and told the employee (a different guy) that we already prepaid. He then explained that we had only paid for one night. This was a surprise to us since we had asked the first guy how much it would cost for the 2 nights and paid him $30. We were never told that we would have to pay again when leaving. Obviously very upset that we then had to pay double what we thought, I asked if I could have the information of the owner of the lot because I wanted to complain about the poor customer service. When I called the number I was given, I spoke to a man named Nick, to whom I explained what happened and tried to ask why I wasn't given a clear answer about the price of parking in the first place. Nick began to yell and swear at me and berate me over the phone because I told him I was unhappy with the customer service and that I would be leaving a public review about it. He then offered to give me my $30 back and asked if I would like that. When I said yes, he then told me he wasn't going to give me the $30 and continued to berate me over the phone before then hanging up on me. Less than 10 minutes later, Nick called me back to threaten and harrass me over the phone again. He said he was going to give all my information to his lawyer and sue me for more money and that he already called the police on me. He swore at me, called me names and threatened me. I could barely even talk over him because he never stopped yelling for the duration of the call. I then had to tell him I was hanging up because I didn't want to be harrassed anymore. Avoid using this lot at all costs! Wish I had read the other reviews before parking here!

Parking attendant was super nice and informative. close the the Montreal Museum of Fine Art, shopping, and great spots for food! $17 for the day!

I was going to park there yesterday 2019/08/20 around 19:00, the guy in charge was rude, did not give any explantions ! I finally parked in another place

I felt car was safe but of course downtown parking is expensive. I will never be talked into an AirBnB again as unlike hotels and motels the cheap price comes with situations like this, having no on site parking and depending on places like this. Open air by the way so if it snows - and it does in Montreal - you better be ready with a brush...

Park here if you want your car towed. We were waved in, given a ticket, and had our car towed. Apparently we needed to pay before we left, which we didn't know. So be real careful if you park here. They have a whole rip off thing going on.

Employees just let someone walk up and key my car and claimed they saw nothing. Adamantly refused to cooperate when I asked if they have cameras (they claim they don't). If you want your car parked in a safe place, do not park here.

I like the parking lot i always park here they give me nice parking spot as i was daily customer very nice friendly staff. Thanks for taking care of me always.
