The guys working there always find the best solution for you and most of the time their customers get out of the shop fully satisfied! Good counselling and are helpful when you get stucked choosing between the various models of products listed there! Worth a visit!

Found a small Sony portable transistor radio I needed. 4 salesmen, 3 of them at cashier stations but it took a long time at the cash... their payment processing appears to be VERY SLOW...

Absolutely atrocious service, though I wouldn't say from the employees, but from the company itself and it's extremely dated systems. Did you know that you need to go to the same store you picked up and order to return an item? And that you cannot cancel a pick-up in store order, you need to go to the actual store to cancel it, in 2022 guys. What the actual ****. Avoid like the plague.

Needed new router, sales rep was knowledgeable, fluently bilingual, said if any problems return to any store, I am happy !
