Great Coffee Even better staff, extremely clean cozy environment. People from Ottawa If your stopping to get beer from Costco like I do make sure you stop here and take a break from the hectic Costco zoo you've just made a purchase at.

My husband ordered and even showed a photo on his phone from Second Cup's website. The barista started making the correct drink but was told to make something else by (presumably) the owner. Not impressed.

The staff and ownership at this second Cup Cafe is second to none. I have been to cafes all over the region and if yet to feel the Cozy and homey feeling I feel when I enter the second cup in the mall. Aside from that second cup Gatineau and this location has the best service

I just had your ham & cheese croissant, the employee heated it for me, and i asked for ketchup and mayo and she found some, which i appreciated very much. That sandwich was delicious! Thank you for that space in time, i was happy in my world for a brief moment. PS: good coffee, it was awakening"."

Very bad experience. Bought three lattes, was cold. pastry frozen and employees talking to each other ignoring customers. Place dirty. Third time going and no change!! Never going back

Great Café, cozy, comfy atmosphere. Owners are on-site so it give you that homey feel! The coffee is great, lots of selection and they can make you anything you want even off menu! Staff is friendly and up beat. Excellent service!

Ordered a pumpkin spice latte a week before Halloween and they hadn't restocked the flavor since they were already rolling out the Christmas drinks. Not only did i feel let down by this cost cutting measure but I wasn't even offered an alternative. On to the next customer. First and last visit. Very disappointed.
