Crowne Plaza Moncton Downtown, an IHG Hotel
My first time staying in a Crowne Plaza. It was a very nice hotel with friendly staff. Check in was a breeze and the room was more than adequate. The view from 319 is not the greatest. I came here for a meeting and the meeting storage was very spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be staying at a Crowne Plaza in the future.

Crowne Plaza Moncton Downtown, an IHG Hotel
A great location and a few somewhat unique amenities that make this hotel a great stay, especially for longer term stays or business.There are many options if you need to rent a space, they have a guest laundry room, fitness centre, pool with steam room and hot tub and several places to hook up a laptop and get some work done.My wife and I were there just for the Canada Day holiday and thought the extras that we don't usually see elsewhere were a nice touch and added to the comfort. We especially liked the Quiet Zone floors. The hot tub was unfortunately out of order, but the steam room was a nice 2nd for a relaxing rest out of the pool. The breakfast which was included was a bit more than your average and gave a nice range of options for most tastes.The staff were very helpful and friendly and made the checking in and out experience easy. Having so many things in the area, they were able to help us find unique attractions and restaurants that suited our needs and budget. They were so nice we signed up for the free membership on the spot.

Crowne Plaza Moncton Downtown, an IHG Hotel
Excellent. From the moment we walked in until we left each employee was smiling, calm, pleasant and professional. They truly made this place worth revisiting! The beds & room were comfy, all areas were very clean. Air in the building seemed fresh (I notice things like that). The hot tub was very hot, pool warm, water sparkling clean. The steam room was awesome. Dining room waitress was lovely and our breakfast was delicious. Great location. Thank you!
