Very good automotive paint dept at this location. Provides a large number of two part catalyzed paint systems for professional automotive repairs, as well as all the autobody and auto care supplies one could ever ask for. They supply a number of local autobody shops in the valley, so usually always have some sort of solution to your needs in stock. Ask for Joe, he's the resident expert and knows his stuff.

The only place I get my car parts. People there are the BEST!! Treat you right!!

Good staff with experience. If Canadian Tire or Benson can't help ya (which they usually can), Napa will. They seem to be a bit picky on their warranty though. Swapped out an alternator without using the old computer and asked for a basic universal voltage regulator. $70 later I do the appropriate wiring, after checking with a very trusted local mechanic, and test multiple times with my multimeter to make sure it worked-nothing. Now before I took it back I called ahead first just to check if there was any kind of warranty on a new defective part, even though it was electric. They claimed 36 months (3 years) or 58,000 miles. Ok, fine, take it back in. I can't use something that doesn't work. So I took it back to the store the next day. The manager was on the phone, so I told the next guy that it was a new return, didn't work, and get refund please. Although the manager was on the phone he still asked me twice if it had been installed, and I said no, twice, thinking he wasn't going to help me either way. I mentioned to the guy helping me about the warranty for it. Thankfully I did get my $70 back, but the main point that annoyed me was if they claim a part has a warranty why could they not honour it??

Not impressed with the attitude of any of the three guys at this store. I am a woman who happens to know way more about cars and construction than most guys (former truck driver and owned a construction company-now retired). I got the same attitude from this store as I have many times in other businesses that traditionally cater to men. The youngish man serving me did not greet me warmly, was unhelpful and dismissive.It is easier to buy parts online (and usually cheaper) than to deal with the tiring and exhausting attitudes of misogynistic, good-ole-boy Neanderthals who control the brick and mortar stores. Online I am treated equally and I save money!

I am disgusted with how we were treated. Felt like we were being called a lier. Bought break pads and they said to bring them back in because there was a Problem with them they decided to say they had no record of us buying after talking on the phone with them.

Tell the delivery drivers to be careful and use their blinker way before they turn, not the second before and slam on their brakes. Almost got into a 3 car accident with one

This is my go to place for lubes pallets parts for anything and the boss and staff go way beyond expectations to help and serve....always a good experience. This is how a service business should operate!
