In general I had a good experience here. Most of the staff I dealt with were friendly and helpful. A couple had poor attitudes or having a bad day. The wait was long at times but I'm from the US and have heard that's the norm here.

Overall great service for my kid. Whole process took 5 hours but there were 3 doctor visits, x ray done, urine test and blood test done. Waiting hours can be improved but can’t blame the nurses and doctors for that

Very clean, well organized facility. Doctors and nurses are attentive, kind and compassionate. Waiting time was not bad at all at the time of my visit.

4.5 stars. Sunday late morning - was in/out in less than 90 minutes. Leg injury that was borderline urgent care but came to ER in case x-ray was needed. Nurses were helpful and friendly. An orthopedic surgeon saw me briefly, then ER Dr. Examination was good but bit fast - no doubt to deal with the constant stream of patients and more severe cases

Went to ER when I broke my nose and had a light concussion. They told me to get checked with CT.After that, the doctor told me the info that I already knew (that my nose is broken and I need surgery). As a result, I spent 6h and over $1000 just to be told that I have a broken nose and that someone will call me in a week to set an appointment for surgery. It's been more than 2 weeks now... I tried emailing them but got no answer. Also, I didn't even get to see my CT results, even after I asked for it.

The hospital itself is clean, the nurses are very good and caring, but the Dr. - seeing my partner was very rude. When she explained that she already had some diagnosis and exams ready that she made “back home” he told her “go back to your country then”We never felt so disrespected being here in Canada for almost 20 years. We have never felt so invalidated and sad. All she did was cry. The nurse was shocked with the Dr.s words, as she was NOT Canadian as well, and you could tell by her expression. Looking to seek legal actions. This system has to stop! Micro aggressions that make you feel like nobody. I can’t believe my taxes going to this…

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the emergency room experience I had at this hospital. I arrived at the emergency room at 6:09 pm with a medical issue that required urgent attention, and as of the time of writing this letter (9:09 pm), I am still waiting in the waiting area to see a doctor.I understand that emergency rooms can be busy and that there may be a wait time, but this level of delay is unacceptable. During my wait.I urge you to review your emergency room policies and procedures and take action to address the excessive wait times and poor conditions in the waiting area. Patients who seek medical attention in an emergency room deserve timely and compassionate care, and the experience I had fell far short of these expectations.

The worst ER experience ever. Came around 9am and left around 4pm, spent 6hrs waiting. I was asked to do ultrasound. The ER ultrasound technologist did not care about patients feeling. The ROOM WAS COLD AF, so I asked “can u keep me warm, I feel so cold”, but the technologist responded “well I’m not cold”. I was so weak and had no energy to argue with her. I kept shaking and all my nails turned purple throughout this 1h examination. 2hrs later when I felt better I complained to other staffs, probably a nurse and she said “ok, just file a complaint online” then she left. I don’t understand why “the patients come first” slogan is even on their webpage. What a shame. Please please please avoid this hospital at all cost. NO ONE deserves to be treated like this. This whole experience traumatized me.

If you’re a mother of a young child make sure you advocate and are adamant about what symptoms even take video of symptoms your child is presenting. The MDs in this ER are quick to dismiss you and make you feel stupid for having come in, in the first place. My baby is under a year old. You’re the doctor. DO BETTER.Short story- my baby was indrawing and having difficulty breathing. We had two virtual consultations (advised to go to ER for physical assessment)and visited an urgent care clinic days before. They were already on antibiotics but the trouble breathing was my major concern and reason for my visit. Anyway, we went to another ER - SickKids. They caught the asthma!! My baby is finally able to breathe. DO BETTER NYGH or better yet ALEX JIANG.
