Fantastic customer service. The representative that I spoke with was very kind and helpful. The products arrived quite quickly (about 4 business days). I was told that they were backordered on the flexible spines but that they would do what they could so I might just get the rest of my order. I was surprised however that they upgraded me to the flexible spine with femoral heads free of charge. Very happy with the service, excellent products. I recommend them to anyone looking for anatomical aids and models.

Superb service: I placed my order and it was shipped about 20 minutes later, which is pretty spectacular. The two anatomical models I ordered were packaged extremely well and were exactly as described/pictured. I would definitely order here again and I'd recommend this shop without hesitation.

I am the manager of 2 animal hospitals and was looking for help with dental teeth models for my dental techs to improve their x-ray techniques. I cannot say anything but wonderful things about this company. They went out their way to research for me and supply me with a model to use and let me try it for free before purchasing. They are A++++ in my book for service and quality.

I shopped for material for my Clinical Skills exam, use to place order online and pick up in store, never got to know the name , but I frequently came across the Athletic fellow, who was highly professional, precise and on point.I'm Calgary based, but will return back to do more business with you people and hopefully to continue the relationship in future.

not at all happy with the service.they hardly have any teeth in stock. when they are in stock its website always jammed. after selecting teeth while check out website was jammed and wasnt accepting payment. when i refresh screen my cart was gone. when you know there is great demand of kilgore teeth why dont you keep it in stock? this adds so much unnecessary stress on students closer to exam date.Please keep kilgore teeth in stock and improve functioning of your website.

It's honestly the best customer service I received so far. I wrote to them because there was a problem with one of my anatomy model and got an answer within minutes. They sent me a new skull the following day and I received it in less that a week after my first email.Saun is very helpful and so quick to answer email. I recommend this company without a doubt.
