The food is good, but from experience the owner and manager do not care about doing the right things for the employees or the customers.I can't believe they can stay open when they treat their staff so poorly.((I used to work here, I was fired because the previous ass hat manager was a hire & fire type, so I reported him to HR I heard he was fired promptly after leaving to a new province. Perhaps the new guy/lady in charge treats the staff well))

If I could give a zero rating I would. Very disappointed in the service here in Stephenville. Laughing over the speaker and clearly didn't get the correct order. Won't be returning

This place is good. Prices are gone crazy though. My grandkid bought a chicken finger combo, substitute fries for onion rings and a Chipotle sauce and it cost almost 18$. Ridiculous price for fast food.

I visited the restaurant earlier this week, which is a place I frequently go to. I have always enjoyed their veggie burgers, and my husband and I have our usual order here. It used to be my favorite spot to eat. However, this recent experience has made me reconsider going here for a while.The veggie burger I had tasted similar to the one I usually get, but there was a subtle difference in the taste that I couldn't quite pinpoint. Unfortunately, I couldn't even finish the burger, and I got sick for a couple of days after (not sure if it was from the burger but it was a few hours after). Additionally, they forgot to include our extra order of fries, and on an occasion before this, they had forgotten our spicy mayo sauce as well.I would recommend the staff to please double-check the receipts and ensure that the bags are filled correctly. As for the veggie burger, I'm not sure what went wrong, but it definitely tasted different (even my husband agreed). I think it's best for me to take a break from visiting here for a while.

Food and service are good BUT, bring a sweater or a jacket.. it is ALWAYS freezing there! Main reason for going is the quick service as one of my group is working.. when on a lunch break, it is more convenient for her to go here.

The food was good, made to order. Wanted something spicy, and the person there recommend to add the chipotle mayo to make it a little bit spoicier. The service there was great would go back again if I was in the area.

First time at this location, nice and clean restaurant, had 2 teen burgers and they were great, will try breakfast menu next time we are in Stephenville.

Food was fine but the service was very slow. It was 12:25pm, you'd think they'd be ready to serve food at the time. We were the only ones in the drive thru and it took 20 minutes for us to get food.
