Hardest wedges I’ve ever tried. They have line up so I can’t really complain but seems like the wedges was in the warmer for sooooooo long that it’s gummy and soooooo dry

Posting on an alternate account right now. I haven't gone here in a while but think it's valuable to post this. I am disgusted with this place, the last time I sat down I noted their tables are unclean, flies are everywhere, as well as other general hygiene issues which is pretty gross. Their service is alright, albeit when they are understaffed at certain times ordering might take a while. The food is not the best, as the condition of meals is generally bad, and it's not frequently fresh (like heating frozen food in the microwave instead of cooking it).

I order a cookie and then they never gave it to me I went into the back to see what the hold up was and then the dude said next time u come back here I’m going to ban you very bad people work there NPC

The person who was taking orders from the drive through was unable to understand english, i had to repeat several times and even then the order was different on the screen, and there was a long line before me, and each car was taking so long for the order, i think due to the same reason….

this coffee shop is a must for coffee lovers! The service was good, and the variety of coffee served in the ambiance was very satisfying. If you are coffee lover then this is a must-visit! We will be back again! Xoxoxo

I don't like posting negative reviews, but as a frequent customer over many years since they opened, I can't help but point out my 1 concern which is... slow service. I realize this store can get busy, but often I see multiple stuff, yet what seems like nothing happening. I brace myself before going into this Tim's, knowing that I'll be waiting for a long time.

Fast service. However the place was a disaster with food and wrappers scattered all over empty tables at 6pm on April 11th. It was like it hadn't been cleaned all day. Yet, at the same time, why is there so much scattered garbage at this location? What is wrong with the customers?

8AM-ish visit on a Friday.If the restroom and seating area are any indication of the general hygiene where they're making food, then I'm quite concerned. This particular Tim Hortons is very dirty and unsanitary. Why is a toilet brush laying on the ground in the bathroom? Why are the floors so dirty?The workers are very friendly, but the service is slow.The food is standard to any Tim Hortons - nothing special but does the trick in a pinch.I'd avoid this particular Tim Hortons due to cleanliness issues. I'd also avoid it because of all the Neil McNneil students - they are rude, take up space, and maybe one kid in the gang is ordering food.

I've been coming to this Tim Hortons for three-and-a-half years with my Emotional Support Service Dog and this morning was told by one of the workers the manager doesn't want us in there! Many people know us in the area and know my dog is well trained. There was no problem when I was ordering from the app and walking in to pick up my order! I always am in and out by 7AM and the only reason I wake up at 6 AM is to get there before all the Neil McNeil High School students. I have definitely contacted people who will be looking into this especially when your company policy states dogs and people with disabilites are welcome and trained to work with customers with Service Dogs.
