Can't give 0 star thus 1 star. Bad property management, never answer phone calls. Damaged the community garden for landscaping upgrade" without noticing any residents."

Amazing building ! I have been living here for over a year and I honestly have zero complaints.The amenities are great and always well taken care of, the parking lot is clean and organized never a problem finding a good spot and plenty of parking for visitors.The location is the best! right at the center, close to everything! perfect for going out any day of the week! close to lots of companies, cafes, restaurants, bars, banks, stores and close to victoria park (3min walk), but not enough that you have a problem with bugs and etc - just perfect!I truly love living here, and could not imagine moving.

Nice building, good security doors on each floor, not just the front door. Place was clean and didn't smell bad either. If you're looking for an apartment I'd check out this place.

There is no building better situated in downtown Kitchener and the heart of the Innovation District than 1 Victoria. Walk to everything - GO train, Google, School of Pharmacy, McMaster Medicine, Tannery, Communitech, restaurants - and great amenities too.

Great high rise building, indoor parking, food plaza, Scotia Bank and near Charles Street bus terminal. Next to Uhal and google office.

Nice building, had a tour of the one bedroom as well as the penthouse. Seems a bit pricey for not having lake view and the fees are steep for the amenities in my opinion, there is no pool. Location is great for Kitchener business area and everything is brand new.

I come here for the Scotia Bank (that lets you choose the bills you receive when you pull out cash), and the Settlement Co Coffee Shop- which is aboslutely outstanding! I've seen the apartments and they are fairly nice.

Very accessible area, lots of transportation and lots of buildings around to do/go.
