Can't say enough good things about Alex and the work he did. Our dishwasher (Bosch) was very loud. He came in on 2 days notice, knew the issue almost immediately, ordered the part and had it installed the next day. He then gave me some good tips for future maintenance and he called me a couple days after to follow up on his work to ensure all as working fine. 5/5 and would definitely hire him again.

Quick response. The ice maker needed parts replaced and it was quickly ordered. The part was received the following day and it was installed in the afternoon. We had the ice maker producing ice in the evening. We're happy with the service and will use them again.

Outstanding service done by Alex.Alex came to look at my dryer that would not start. He was on time, and took his time to test every component to find the problem. He was able to repair my dryer the same day! His experience shows as he was able to resolve the problem while another company who had come the day before told me the dryer needed a new part....control board before they could even find the reason for the dryer to not start.None of this turned out to be true since Alex from king appliance fixed the dryer same day. He is an honest and hard working person. King appliance will always be my first call for repairs. I highly recommend this service.

Alex was fantastic! Our oven was in need of repair and Alex showed up and was able to fix not one, but three issues we were experiencing. Booked an appointment through the King Appliance web site, which is comprehensive and clear, and the service tech arrived on time. He was friendly, efficient and informative and isolated the problem quickly, replaced one part, did a thorough clean and reassemble and test. Ordered the second part, which was fixed during a second visit 4 days later. The dryer was thoroughly tested during both visits and full explanation given of everything. The exterior vent pipe was also replaced and we discovered this was very necessary.Very impressed by the service and quality workmanship, the dryer is working, well and costs for the work and parts were reasonable. A phone call 24 hours later to confirm all was working to our satisfaction added to our satisfaction.

Won’t give a quote without home visit which they charge for. Apparently every repair company does this - do yourself a favour, if your appliance is over 7 years old just buy a new one - and don’t buy from BadBoy they’ll take your money with no stock and just ghost you.
