She is the worst doctor I have ever seen.

I was a patient of Dr. Thanu Ruben’s in late 2015 for a shoulder injury. The interaction was very impactful because not only did she do a great job diagnosing and treating my injury but she also made a point to help me understand the process she followed, every step of the way. I highly recommend Markham Rheumatology Centre.

Initially my sibling saw Dr Ruben as per our family doctor requisition. My sister came home upset regarding Dr Ruben's verbal delivery of her health condition. Dr Ruben sent her for additional testing , when my sister called Dr Ruben back to go through her results, she declined and insisted on making an appointment to discuss it. Which left my sibling very anxious about how serious her condition is, KNOWING that we are in a PANDEMIC and if the condition wasn't as serious ( which it wasn't because she booked her a visit 2 months later ) Dr Ruben could have given her the results over the phone. Dr Ruben insisted on an in person visit which was unnecessary but I guess it was solely for the reason to get paid, it left my sibling no choice but to ask for a different rheumatologist's opinion.
