Paid 315 bucks to get the truck detailed and they couldn’t even clean out the cup holders and didn’t bother to wash/clean out the truck box!

I emailed one of the salesmen for a few days setting up an appointment to come from Saskatoon to Melfort to see one of their cars. We confirmed a day and time. The salesman confirmed with his manager that this after-hours appointment was approved.Upon arriving from Saskatoon on the agreed day I found the dealership locked. No one was around. My salesman was unreachable. I left a message and then emailed him.The following day I requested he involve his manager in our emails and that he reduce his asking price. My time had been wasted.The salesman responded by offering $100 less than the original offer.My time and effort is worth more than $100 Mr Ryland. Do better.This is by far the worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

Got my vehicle detailed here about a month ago and they did amazing. Needless to say it was a mess because of kids and more and they did a fantastic job. Everything looked amazing after, highly recommended

I can't recommend it. They sold a car that had a check engine on the second day. As it turned out later the error was erased by them, or they didn't even look at the car after taking it to trade. The car had bald tires that needed to be replaced immediately, completely bald, not driveable in snow and ice.The plastic engine guards were not screwed in place, but were lying in the trunk. Either they were hiding the breakdown or they were incompetent to even read it with a scanner. They also didn't change the oil, filters, etc. Also hid suspension issues or were incompetent to even see it. Couldn't process the transaction for a week.Didn't say there would not be a day of warranty on the car until the deal, and accordingly I believe they were the ones hiding these problems with the car!Never again.

I went here to see what I could possibly get into. They took all my info and my cellphone number. I knew I had poor credit. Not bad though, anyways I left and was hoping for a phone call with some results. Idk, I just got the vibe they didn't even want to sell me anything. Just another tire kicker. Anyways I left and went to a dodge dealer and they called me back within hours. They got me approved and got me in a brand new 2021 Durango. I'm so happy dodge helped me and I don't gotta drive a slow chevy.

Not going back there anymore, i got bad experience with the service warranty. My truck tire got a bad wear on the inner side and i just want them to align it for me but they dont want to touch it unless i buy new tires from them

Very poor service from this dealership. Mechanics improperly trained and when confronted they try to wash there hands of any and all issues that there techs mess up. Very good at ruining a good engine or destroying parts disassembling. I will never take another vehicle too them and will never take my business back. I highly reccomend that everyone looks elsewhere before taking business to this circus. Ive done business with many dealerships all over the province and this place is by far the worst!

Friendly service, no issues booking oil change, wasn't too impressed when I checked under the hood and noticed the tech didn't clean up any of the oil that leaked from the upper oil filter. 2 ounces of oil sitting on top of the skid plate that I had to clean up, not to mention the oil trail from top to bottom2nd oil change, wrong oil put in, pretty bad when the parts/receptionist when entering the information to pull the parts used from inventory caught the techs error. Not sure where they find their oil technicians or the amount of training they recieve, but this is absolutely ridiculous. Same mess of oil left under the hood. Totally unprofessional.
