Graham is the most honest, dependable, hard working plumber and heating specialist that we have found. He maintains our boiler and does all of our plumbing and heating repairs. In 2019 Graham installed several fixtures for us in our new shower. He suggested the brands that would work the best for our needs and helped us to source them.Sierra Mechanical is very professional and his pricing is very fair. Graham was recommended to me by multiple people after another installer did a terrible job on my water heater and furnace. Graham identified everything that was wrong, explained it me patiently, and did an amazing job fixing everything. Everything is now much safer, more efficient and much cleaner. I will not be using anyone else for all my plumbing and heating needs from now on, and if you chose Sierra you would be making a really good choice. Hardly ever leave reviews but felt it was warranted today. I’m very pleased with the job.

I was impressed with Graham’s customer service, responsiveness and knowledge when it came to fixing my house’s water heater. I had been coordinating with him to work around my family’s busy schedule and he has been super accommodating, friendly and not at all pushy.He was honest and we were confident of his work by the time he was done fixing/maintaining our water heater. Graham even went out his way to take a look at our thermostat, fireplace and tuned up a couple of things that needed attention.Furthermore, he gave us tips on how to keep our water heater performing for as long as possible and our furnace in tip top shape. I had Graham come in from Sierra Mechanical to have a back flow test done at our property.He did a great job!There were some plants growing on top of the box where the lines had to be run and he went out of his way to clear the path and also sweep up any residue. There was also an issue with the installation of the lines and he worked through it and got our testing done.Thanks Graham.

Our gas fireplace had a low flame.We had 2 different gas fireplace technicians come out to service.Both techs took a look at the make of fireplace and left without touching it. Apparently it was a tough one to service and get spare parts. That's when I called Graham at the Serria Mechanical Ltd.Graham came out serviced and checked low flame.Made a few tech calls, so he would have to come back with replacement parts. It ended up taking a couple tries. Bottom line ,he went totally out of his way to solve the problem!!!Super customer service ,explained thoroughly each step of the way.Thorough clean up when finished.Very fair price.I totally recommend Graham for his 5 star service!!I will definitely be using him for all our plumbing and heating needs.Thanks again Graham

Graham was awesome to work with, courteous and prompt in his service, he took the time to troubleshoot a problematic gas leak in our fireplace.He stuck to it, never made excuses or cut corners, in the end a successful repair and an fireplace as good as new.Would definitely recommend Sierra Mechanical to family and friends.
