They have gone above and beyond helping troubleshoot our printer issues and even finding us low cost printers! Any issues we have had, and there have not been many, were promptly resolved with complete satisfaction!! If you need supplies look no further!

This place is great. Ive been going there for a few years now. They used to be called cartridge world. I get my ink refilled and it costs half as much as a new one. Very quick same day service and they clean out any old dried up ink in your cartridge. Plus you get a 90 warranty on their work.

Durham ink and Toner is our go to for everything printing related. They have the best pricing around and always go above and beyond for their customers. Michele is one of the friendliest people I know, she always has a smile on her face. Anytime I have a problem, Michele is there to come to my rescue. I have placed last minute orders and she has always been able to accommodate my requests. If you want great customer service at a great price, this is where you need to be going!

Great service & friendly staff who are very helpful.Update 07/25/2021: went in a couple of weeks ago thinking my ink needed to be refilled. The helpful gentlemen weighed every cartridge I brought in (about 6) and said that, with the exception of one, they were nearly half full and that he couldn't in good conscience make me pay to refill them. I appreciated his honesty; most places would have just done the refill; turns out, we've been a able to use more of those cartridges.Thank you DI&T - you've got a customer for life in us!

No job too small, that's for sure! I had a little printer problem involving a toner cartridge, but Niran and his staff rallied around me, exchanging ideas amd troubleshooting as a team before rendering a simple solution. I've lived in Whitby for 11 years now and I still marvel at how many helpful, friendly citizens we have here .....
