I always try to avoid this place. But today visited this place becoz had no choice. A cashier named Julie who was late treated me really bad, literally threw my stuff and when I cancelled one of the things she got real mad. The manager needs to teach basic csr skills to this cashier. I have already informed one of the associate about it. Hope the manager will take necessary action, as there are repeatative negative reviews similar to mine. रॅली disappointed.

Today, going groceries shopping, the place needs to be more organized, and clean now going through the cashier to pay my groceries I show her my food basic app, she rolls her eyes at me. Why? The staff needs to be more oriented to customer service.

The store seems to be doing well, they don't seem to have much knowledge of international products and they don't have most of them in the store. They are definitely lacking great customer service and one of their cashiers who seem to be an elderly lady chews gum in your face and is very rude.

The bag things is a bit much... she clearly saw I had no money and then gave me the tiniest bag like could afford different. It's not her job. But this was unnecessary.

Produce when in stock is alright... Better than Walmart anyway. Good prices for when you need the basic staples. Never enough cashiers though... Always a wait to checkout.

Like every other Food Basics. Lots of parking and inventory. Fresh food and several options for gluten free diets.Staff were friendly and helpful.Located at a convenient intersection and a strip plaza with several other businesses.

I really disappointed in this store. Today I saw them selling tomatoes that are actually rotting with mold and tomato juice all over. This should be illegal. Their flyer shows a great sale on grapes and oranges, atrocious quality. Also overly ripe, black spots on the oranges. How is this acceptable??? I'm not looking for perfect but selling rotting food is not acceptable. I shop at 3 different grocery stores to get everything I need and this one is always a hit or miss. It''s either good quality or terrible.

There is a lady at Westney heights food basic. She I saw being very rude to the customer. While customer was very nice. She should be corrected. It's a shame , you can not treat others like that.

An OK store which we frequent only because it's close. The cashiers, particularly the one who also has to take care of special services, are way too busy.There are never (really, not once) carts by the door. You must get them from the parking lot. And you must have a quarter if you want a cart (you get it back when you return the cart). I usually forget and end up with a too-heavy hand cart so I shop fewer items.
