I got a notice that my parcel was delivered but it wasn’t. Couldn’t phone directly to the centre only one phone number for all service centres. Not pleased.

I avoid shipping with FedEx due to this location.Consistently delivers behind schedule, no customer service to speak of, and in my experience the management are unequaled in their incompetence. Bad vibes.

Pretty bad service they don’t ship when it’s in city they do it next day, it took 2 weeks to get a shipment when the manufacture already shipped it out 2 weeks ago and they take very long only thing I liked was the tracking

Packages never arrive on time, no phone number for changing delivery standard after they jerk you around, the tracking is straight up lying to us sometimes, it's not a good feeling when you pay thousands for shipping or receiving and they make it late due to an imaginary snow storm or they just don't wanna put it in the truck. Never ship anything with this company if we could kindly all stop using them so no one can ever butcher your mail or anybodies mail ever again. This service spits in your face especially at this local facility they tell such bad lies on your mail if they physically can't keep your standard because they have no idea how to their jobs, even I could start a better company that keeps standards if I had the power to do it and not take 10 years.

The worst service! I ordered some parts for my car from the United States, the packages traveled almost half way across the country in a matter of a few days. They arrived in Barrie on October 26 at 11:44am and should of been delivered to my house on the 27th.It's now October 28 at 10pm and the packages are still sitting at the facility. I live roughly 1 hour away from Barrie. I could have walked to Barrie and picked up my packages by now. This is totally unacceptable service.

Zero stars. Dont ship with them and certainly dont WORK here. Contractors have no clue what the job entails, just jerks staff around and fires them for a medical issue after giving a doctor's note. Especially dont ever deal with James or Mario. They are fast talking liars.

Horrible customer service, spoke to three people about a hold on a package and still it was loaded and attempted delivery… no problems with dhl
