I recently visited Sweet Lou’s cookie and ice cream shop that had received nearly 500 reviews and was rated close to five stars. Excited to try their offerings, I hurried over to the store. However, my experience turned out to be more of a cookie adventure rather than an ice cream delight.First and foremost, I must commend the shop for its exceptional cleanliness, organization, and tidiness. As a reviewer I had a positive experience at a food establishment. I am particularly impressed with the cookies, describing them as they were truly amazing. The staff also left a good impression on me, because they were as nice and knowledgeable.In addition to the staff, the food itself was also great. I found it to be tasty and rated it a perfect 10 out of 10. Overall, I was pleased with my visit and expressed a desire to return in the future.

Sweet Lou's Cookies
First time trying cookies from Sweet Lou’s Cookies - did not disappoint! The staff were also friendly, which made the visit feel very inviting. Good selection of flavours to choose from (the price is a bit on the higher end, but keep in mind it is a small business, so I was happy to support). Tried the cinnamon and Reese cookies - wasn’t too sweet and the cookies had good flavour! Was also nice to receive a coupon with the purchase, which I look forward to coming back to use!

Great place, staff is very sweet. The prices are budget friendly for two ice cream in pictures we paid $7.40 and it was worth it. Definitely go for the place.

Go. Have cookies. Enjoy.Sweet Lou's is a Cookie place. Not a dessert" place. Not a "bakery" filled with tarts and cakes and all that stuff. They make cookies. Wonderful

It's a cute little place and I like the fact that they have a wall where we can click pictures! The cookies are just so damn good! Would definitely recommend this place for all the cookie lovers out there. They also have other stuff like shakes, sundaes, ice creams etc. They also have rum based cookie! I went on Valentine's week and the place was beautifully decorated. They also had some special flavors for valentine's and they were pretty good too. They also have a wall which is decorated with polaroids of customers selfies with their cookies which is neat!I'm definitely gonna go again and try other items! The girl who helped me was really nice and let us in 15mins before their opening time.

Cookies are so good and there's so many different choices, there's definitely something for everyone's sweet tooth!The ice cream sandwiches and sundaes are both wallet-friendly, and the quality/amount you get vs. what you pay for is extremely fair. Highly recommend trying these guys out!

Sweet Lou's Cookies
I went to this sweet and cozy shop to pick some handmade cookies. They had a variety of cookies to choose from and had ice cream and shakes on their menu as well. All the cookies were delish cinnamon was perfect for those who prefers less sweet cookies. My personal favourite was Reese one, it wasn’t just on top but I could literally feel it in the cookie as well. It’s a great option to pick if you are invited somewhere and you want to bring something sweet.
