Read some good reviews and came in on a week day . There was 4 staff at the counter and no customers . One star at best . There was no acknowledgment or even a glance towards us. We walked around for 15 mins and decided to boot it over to Tile Town…over there we experienced instant friendly, courteous exceptional service .Check out the third picture. Staff looked they were hiding behind their counter (just make out the top of their heads) while the place was empty

I had to make some time sensitive renos due to a burst water main. The staff are extremely helpful and accommodating. From lending me a tile sample board to bring home to check my tile choice, to staying later right before Christmas to help me coordinate tile pick up. I would recommend Vancity Tiles and Stones to anyone.Michael

Lots of selection and decent prices that being said ..they didn't have alot in stock with a long wait....lots of excuses with delivery when I did order. Tiles came damaged and not in boxes..just shrink wrapped. They had to get more from Alberta and delayed my project. Trim was scratched as well.

Looking for an amazing selection? Friendly and helpful staff who know what they are doing? This is the place to go! The staff at Vancity tiles were absolutely wonderful in helping me find the right tiles and product i required. They also gave be good advice on what tiles to use where which was really helpful! Been to many places and Vancity Tiles by far stood out. If you live a little ways away, it is definitely worth the drive to check them out!!

After an initial issue with the tiler and timings came to light the owner of Vancity Tiles was quick to remedy the situation with phone calls prior to the job being completed as well as post completion.The quality of tiling is good and they also went the extra mile when an extra bit of tiling was necessary after a TV wall bracket had to be removed.I'm happy to recommend Vancity Tiles, on the plus side they had good follow up service.

Highly recommend this business! They have the best selection of tiles, stones, and mouldings in the Greater Vancouver Area. They are a family owned business and take pride in their customer service. All of the staff are so kind, patient and willing to go out of their way to make sure you are happy with your purchase, even when I changed my mind on what I wanted because they have so much selection! I will continue to purchase from them for future projects!

Vancity tiles has such a large selection of tiles to choose from! I was shocked when I walked in. Zayne was super helpful and explained all the different materials and styles I could choose from. If you're looking for 'Marble' tile designs then you have to come here!! 10/10!
