Amazing service and so friendly. I had no idea what i was talking about when i went in and all the staff have taken the time to answer my questions and help me learn.

Ross, Jack, Terrell and the rest of the gang at Wine Kitz in Clayton Park treat customers like good friends. They always make me feel welcome and valued. They are knowledgeable and will offer suggestions. I much prefer the taste of their wine to commercial. It's so much more economical and fun to bottle!!

Great customer service experience! We decided to go with WineKitz in Halifax clayton park to make wine for our wedding in half bottles to use as our wedding favors. We made a few trips in to talk about their pricing and how to process works and they were always really friendly and easy to talk to. We don't know much about wine and they were very helpful in helping us narrow down our choices and giving us their expert opinions.They offer a wedding discount which was really great, but this is where the impressive customer service comes in.We made our appointment to bottle our wine 3 weeks before our wedding, but unfortunately due to a misunderstanding when we arrived they did not have any half bottles on site. They called around to a few places but unfortunately they could not get enough. In order to make it work for us they rush ordered enough small bottles for us to arrive a couple days later, and then offered to extend their hours into the evening for us on any day to allow us time to bottle our wine. They were incredibly accommodating and even let us borrow some equipment to take home for us to finish the labels on our own time. Not only were they amazing with making sure everything got sorted out, but the entire experience was great. We had fun bottling our wine because the employees are so happy and easy to get along with.I absolutely intend to go back, not only was the experience great but we received so many compliments on our wine at our wedding! We can't wait to make more.

The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. They only sell you what you need and show you tricks to save money with different products. Watch for their specials they make brewing wine in their shop fun and easy.

Such a nice group of people there. I only wish I had asked for a name so I could inform their boss. My husband and I purchased a half wine kit from somewhere else, and popped in here to get some yeast. The man so helpful! Even though our kit wasn't theirs, we weren't purchasing one, and it was close to closing he still took the time to answer our questions, show us the process, and give us some words of encouragement. This is the standard of customer service that all businesses should be scrambling to catch up too. With all the rude, unprofessional, and disinterested service representatives out there, it was refreshing to come across this crew.

I bought and made a wine kit for the first time at this location and I must say, the customer service and experience was phenomenal. I wasn’t planning to ever do one again as it was a one-time present idea for Christmas, but after my experience here, I will definitely get another one!

I’ve been making wines at this location for years .. fabulous service, friendly and very helpful... they go above and beyond in service.They load you car up with your finished up vino ... can’t get better than that .
