After seeing two fences that DQF installed, I called to get an estimate and Joe came out within a day or two. About a month later, he began to work on my wooden fence. He also took down an old vinyl trellis and built a gorgeous wooden one. Within the week, my fence and trellis were finished. Joe is a very professional guy , trustworthy, artistic, no problems at all with communicating, excellent workmanship. I love my fence!! ♥️

Our fence is almost awesome. What is installed looks great, but there is a bottom piece missing that Joe charged us for and has not been installed. He also left a huge pallet with concrete bags in the middle of my garage, preventing me from using the garage to park my car. We have tried to reach him repeatedly over the past several weeks with absolutely no response. We paid him in good faith, trusting that he would finish as promised. Our job is apparently no longer a priority. HUGELY disappointed.

Hired DRQ to remove my old fence and install a new vinyl fence in my backyard. From the initial consultation to the completed installation these guys were great. They showed up when they said the would. They started and completed the installation when they said they would, and they cleaned up after themselves. I’ve been burned by shady contractors in the past, so I’m alway hesitant moving forward. DRQ was great from start to finish! If you need a new fence, call them!

Had DRQ remove a fence for us. There work was excellent. They cleaned up the areaand took all the debris with them. Highly recommened.

I called for an estimate a week ago they came by gave me a price. I agreed to it wrote out the quote and I asked? Can you come by in 2 days on Friday to pick up the money cash they agreed? I never heard from them again. Never call me never said we couldn't do the job they jd st. Ghosted me. Terrible company, I am glad that I never gave them any money. I tried to call them No Answer and no return calls. Like a bad first date. It was over. Terrible and unreliable business. At call your customer and give an explanation.

I contacted Joe of DRQ Fence to install a new gate on 5/23/23.He arrived for the quote on 5/25, a little late and I had to call him to make sure he was coming since it was after our agreed upon time of 430. I was not concerned unless he didn't answer his phone. Joe explained everything he would do for removal of posts and installation of new posts and that he would build the gate at another location and bring the gate to install after the cement cured for 48 hours. He also explained that he installed gates in between other job sites and gave me a date of completion by June 12th. He gave me a price that I was comfortable with and I signed a contract with him and gave him a deposit. My next contact with him was on June 5 to pin him down on an actual installation date. He called me back and said he would come on Thursday June 8th, but that it would be the later part of the day. Imagine my surprise when he showed up at 830 in the morning, without a phone call or a text alerting me to a change. I was angry and told him so. I had plans for the morning and was not ready for him to work. The lack of that simple courtesy changed my view of Joe's professionalism. He said he would come back at 2 PM, but I declined and gave permission for them to proceed. After the posts were set, he said that they would be back the next day (Friday) to install the gate. I took vacation days from work Thursday and Friday and Monday for the gate installation. When I told Joe I had plans for Friday and wouldn't be available, he said they would be here by 330 with the gate. I asked him about the 48 hour curing for the post/ cement and he said it would be fine. I asked him if he would do it Saturday since I had a trip planned for Friday and Joe stated that they don't work on Weekends because he has kids. Again, I conceded but asked him to contact me if anything changes, to which he agrees. At 130 pm on Friday, Joe texts me that he is building my gate and that he will be at my house at 330 pm. At 329pm, I get a text that they have an hour left on the gate and they will come to install it at 9 am SATURDAY!!!. I immediately text back that I moved my Friday plans to Saturday, and can't he work later and we would both have the weekend free. He responded with ' you don't have to be there, but we will be there at 9'. It took me a full half hour to respond with a 'I will be here'. I was livid. This is not how you treat a paying customer if you expect to get a referal or additional work from. I guess I should be thankful he showed up at all. When he arrived at 9 am, I was waiting for him and sat watching him work and I did not say a word until the end. Joe knew I was mad and did not care. Joe did not greet me, did not say I'm sorry, but he accepted my cash and said let him know if I had any other fencing needs. Let's talk quality of work now. Gate opening is wider at top than bottom. The top of the posts were sawed off jagged, which he covered from the front with a picket. The back, you see it. I can't cover it with a cap because of the picket.If you use DRQ Fence, which is Joe , be prepared for poor communication and understand he does what he wants when he wants and has zero consideration for his client/customer.
