In early Dec our Mom suffered a mild stroke and landed in hospital. During her time in LMH her upper denture went missing. We called Brookswood DC and the staff were very empathetic to our situation and were able to quickly arrange for a replacement denture for our Mom.Colin was very flexible in arranging his time to fit our Mom into his schedule, he was thoughtful in his approach and ensured our Mom understood the procedure and that the fitting met her needs.Our sincere thanks to Colin and the awesome team at Brookswood Denture Clinic.

Brookswood Denture Clinic is outstanding! Not only is the quality of their work amazing, the people working there are the best. The staff goes out of their way to make sure my elderly father has a fun time on every visit. My dad enjoys going there! Everyone is kind, patient, prompt, and very flexible in accommodating for different needs and emergency appointments. I wish I had an excuse to see Colin more! He is the best! He has a fun personality and always seems to be smiling. My teeth, upper and lower, were done in such a timely manner. He adjusts as much as he needs to, to make sure your fit is right. I never thought I would be able to get them replaced until Colin and his knowledgeable staff made it so easy to do so. I'm so happy I found Brookswood denture clinic. The staff is so friendly and always follow up to make sure you're happy. I recently had my third upper denture made at Brookswood Denture Clinic in Langley and have been going there for over 20 years. I go back because of the service and quality they provide me. Darren Sailer is my denturist and always gives me his honest opinion and recommends what he thinks would be best for me. My dad is a denture wearer for over 30 years and has been to many clinics. After taking him to Brookswood Denture Clinic he couldn't speak more highly of Darren Sailer. The care and time he took with my dad exceeded our expectations which hasn't been the service we received at other clinics. After receiving the dentures my father no longer had issues with his dentures. Quality of product was excellent.The atmosphere from the moment you enter the clinic is kind, caring and attentive. We needed a denturist to go to our elderly mom’s facility, and measure her for new dentures. Brookswood denturist stepped up to the plate! They were so kind, helpful and informative. The denturist they sent was Adam. We were there for his first visit with our mom. Adam and mom hit it off from the get go. Adam is cheerful and patient. He has a great sense of humour. Mom was very comfortable with him, to the point that we didn’t feel it necessary to be at every visit she needed. We were more than impressed with Adam and the rest of the staff at Brookswood dental. We would highly recommend them.

It was a good experience overall, Darren and his office staff are very professional, they did everything they could to make my experience good, actually it was an excellent experience, Darren has a great bedside manner, is informative, he answered questions I didn't even know to ask. I love my new teeth and am looking forward to continuing my relationship with Brookswood Denture Clinic, Darren and his staff.

My mom and I visited Brookswood Denture Clinic to be fitted with new dentures and a partial. Dr Sailer and the ladies up front were absolutely amazing!! It took me quite some time to convince my mom to get new dentures because of her fear of the whole process. Darren was so caring and through with my mom that I couldn’t believe how she completely turned around. He made her feel so comfortable and explained every step to her that she actually was excited about getting her dentures!! Her dentures fit great, she is constantly smiling and she said she should have done it sooner!! I was fitted with a partial and should have done it sooner too. My fit is great and like my mom, we can both now eat things we haven’t been able to in years!! We both highly recommend Darren Sailer at Brookswood Denture Clinic.

These people truly go the extra mile to provide excellent service! I have been with Brookswood Denture Clinic for two sets of dentures. During the difficult COVID period I had emergency work needing immediate attention on my front teeth. They saved a expensive trip from Salt Spring Island for the repairs needed. Shauna , Darren and staff make you feel special and will do what ever they can to help out. Teeth are a sensitive issue they need care and attention. These people are the best at what they do. Keeps me coming back.
