I had probably the best carpet cleaning experience ever with Mark. I was impressed with his availability and ability to work around my crazy schedule. He was very good about communicating if anything changed. He is timely, professional, worked with me to determine what I needed to do now and what could wait a little longer on and worked hard to get the BIG job done, even with the high heat and humidity. I already have a plan to have him back for some work on my hardwood floors and porch in spring. Thanks, Mark!

Awesome job from start to finish. Laid down blankets for his hoses, listened and had suggestions as to what I wanted done and worked hard the whole time. All that you could ask for from a cleaning company.

Mark came out to our house and did a very great job in removing pet urine from our great room carpet. He was very personable and was very thorough when cleaning the carpets. He took the extra time to do the job right other than the last cleaners did. We will be using Mark from now on. Very happy with the results that he provided. And that’s coming from a exterior cleaning professional. Hands down the best in the area. Thank you Mark

Dealing with Mark of Chem Dry was so pleasurable. He is a perfectionist and I couldn’t be happier with the cleaning of a large rug and also installed carpet. Best of all he worked with me in getting it all done prior to my guests arriving. I highly recommend his services.

Best carpet cleaning I have every seen or had done. I wanted a really deep, down clean in between my regular carpet cleaning and I was just blown away how much of a job Mark did! Dirt, sand, pet hair, stains, my hair....amazing! My carpet looks like new at a very reasonable cost. And, he told me the reason of returning dirt on carpets...never knew. Would definitely have him come back!

We are huge fans of Chem-Dry and it’s always a perfect experience when Mark comes to refresh the whole house. The carpets are super clean and fluffed up, area rugs look like new, and everything smells so fresh. Plus he makes it very easy with no fuss or disruption. Highly, highly recommended!
