Installed AC and Humidifier at my new build. Thorough professionals - from the sales person who came to sign the contract, the installation team and the company’s call centre staff. The installation team took extra care to keep the house clean. Some essential wiring was missing (builder’s mistake) but they took it in their stride and fixed it without extra charge. They are pricy but reliability was my priority which is why I went through Costco to appoint them. Costco offers a great rebate that makes up the difference in price from run-of-the-mill services. Thank you guys- you are awesome!

The technician was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions patiently. We have an older home so I was pleasantly surprised when he didn't try to sell us on new equipment or other services. He even showed me how to clean the filter myself! Highly recommended!

I hate maintenance, so I needed someone to take care of all the dirty stuff. This service has this subscription when you pay a bit monthly and every time something off you just call them and they do the magic. I don't know if they are good or not, they are ok

This company installed HVAC system at my home in June 2023 and it has already started giving trouble to us. Lodged a complaint, didn’t get complaint number. The call out time is poor. The temperature is so high and I was told that the complaint will be attended tomorrow.I found them so unprofessional and the customer service is extremely poor. Please don’t go with this company.

I hired them recently to install my heater and air conditioning system about a month ago and am very happy about the service. The staff was really patient with me and patiently answered all of my questions. They did a great job and followed up afterward to make sure everything was working properly, which it is!

I had a heating problem, and we live in the middle of winter so it couldn't be put off. The technician that came to my house was polite and very professional, he explained what needed to be done and showed me why. He did an excellent job of explaining the whole process, from beginning to end. I would use them again if needed because they really know their stuff!

I had my first conversation under Costco website with Max, who arranged an appointment which was in time and within 2 days I got my AC installed in a timely manner by Mike and Andre. They were quiet and finish work in few hours .Everything was cleaned no mess left behind.I can recommend this company for anyone who wants to have their work done fast.However I did mentioned that I have a problem with their phone number.Today a customer service called to see if everything is okay to whom I did not answer because it showsProspected Spam. I honestly think it should be under the company name not prospected Spam. For the work I give them a 5 but for the phone number a absolutely zero. Sorry to say. We all work together and transparency is very important.

Their tech is a wizard, a real expert, what cannot be said about their manager - rather an unpleasant person. I called them once for something so simple as my water heater heating water too much. I just had to turn the thermostat up or down. Anyway, they always know that you just want help and don't need a sermon.
