Paying through the app does not work at this station. And the station attendant was so rude. I paid and started driving away because this is how I have always done and it has always worked. This person starts running after me and screams you pay through easy pay. Like screaming at me on how to use that app does not help, I know how to use it. Then while I have to park my car to go in to pay she decides to stand by the door because you know, I spent $25 on gas and I am gonna run away with that much gas. Definitely not going to fill up here again. Nothing about this was easy pay. The whole point of using the app is so I DON'T have to go inside.

See i am regular call to shell gas station phone , it is 24 hours open , but Nobody here for service ringing regular to shell , but guy don't know where .some nouse from washroom, i think he is in washroom, but no reply . I m waiting there 15 to 20 minutes. Very bad shelll .................

First time filling at a Shell gas station since I’ve heard good things about Shell’s 91. Used the app to pay, it worked flawlessly. Just had to input pump number in the app and it was ready to fill.Don’t know if this has been around for a while at Shell, but love gas stations where the pump can be hands free - especially in winter when you forget your gloves!Saw some mixed reviews for this location, so thought I would share my experience.

Today I visited this on 12 Feb 3AM I’m totally disappointed & due to bad service given by DHARAMVEER SINGH employee working here. He was ignoring me and Talking on phone with Someone on Airpods . Guys like this don’t know their job and value of customer service.

Good service from the cashier.I inserted my air miles card to avail the current offer of 10 miles for each 25 litres purchase.When I got the receipt, found out my card was added.I contacted the cashier May, she was helpful enough to add my air miles point.

I went there today to fill my car gas tank and one lady came there in her car and start yelling on me without any reason. When i went in side the store and ask the casher regarding the lady she said,”she is our manager”. I was shocked. I think managers try to provide good services and respectful behaviour to their customers. But this was the first manager who treat their customer rudely and yelling on them. After that, she parked her in front of gas filling pump and was doing there other work instead of filling gas in tank.

Worst customer service ever, Visited today at 2:50 Am and waited for over 10 minutes outside knocked the door and and then employee come from back room was busy on phone his Name was : DHARAMVEER . He talked very rudely with us i wanted to talk to him about returning something he said you have used the item even i didnot touched the product. ( Don’t know how these guys get hired & hire some good staff )

Prices are usually pretty good. Sometimes usually out of gas and the employees don't know.
