Thanks for the personable service!As a busy mom with three littles, it is so appreciated that there is pick up and drop off service (loaner provided too!) when our vehicle needs to be serviced.Communication is great, they call ahead of time that they are coming and give you a heads up when the vehicle is being brought back home. The car also comes back freshly washed and cleaned! Little details that make a difference.

This dealership takes care of my elderly grandmothers car she purchased here. Recently one of their staff was driving her car back home and crashed it into her parkade, then never notified his manager, and she was forced to return it on her own.The manager then paid to have her poor car repaired and returned her car with an empty tank of gas.The level of service at this location just is not where it ought to be.

Ordered a 2021 Navigator Reserve L. Pretty much fully loaded, everything except the entertainment screens for the 2nd row. This was back in May. Everything seemed great - Denis was absolutely wonderful to deal with and was responsive to all of my questions and generally answered within reason.Unfortunately the day of pickup, the order wasn’t correct based on what I had requested (particularly, I wanted the centre console in the second row.) The bill of sale indicated this, however the vehicle clearly was built with a bench.It seems like somewhere along the way no one decided to contact me with this issue - I don’t know where the communication breakdown occurred but it would’ve been prudent to have indicated the issue to me as this resulted in:- Hours spent rectifying insurance after setting it up for the Navigator- Significant lost time travelling back and forth to the dealership- Cost against pulling a draft, as the vehicle was being paid in cash, not leasing/financing- Lost time spent finding an adequate vehicle, as it is now August as of writing this and we had stopped looking once we were allocated a “custom order” earlier in the yearIt’s unfortunate because everything up until this point was great, but the resolution felt like a slap in the face. The discount from the dealership went no more than $250 over the lack of the option (they offered effectively $1000 - the cost of the missing option plus $250) on one of the most, if not the most expensive vehicles they sell, for a brand that is sold as “luxury”.This isn’t good enough; I’ve had better experiences with brands that are considered “discount” or lower tier, and it’s frankly embarrassing and disappointing.I’m not even sure what else to put here. If you order a vehicle from here ensure your order is as you expect before you run around setting up insurance or pulling out any cash for a down payment or to buy a vehicle outright. I think the only stars here are for Denis - who again was completely wonderful to deal with. But this is a rating for the dealership, so I can’t in good faith say this was overall a great experience for what should be considered a luxury brand.
