I have been too scared to get my hair cut for over two years due to the fear of it being cut too short because of all the breakage and damage I have. Johnny gave me the most amazing hair cut that I'm in love with, made my hair look and feel healthy, gave me advice on how to upkeep my hair and make it healthier moving forward and most importantly listening to exactly what my concerns were and helping fix my hair while not compromising much length. I will not trust anyone else with my hair except for him! Highly recommend!

So much love for this salon and everyone in it! The Italian family vibe makes my heart warm. Craig has been doing my colour for years. He's so passionate about his work. Very knowledgeable, always learning new techniques and executing them perfectly. He takes extra care to make sure my hair isn't getting damaged during the process. I always walk out feeling so happy with his work! As for cuts, I trust every stylist in the salon. Dina is incredibly talented, amazing with her scissors and a master at extensions. I'm so grateful for all they do!

It was a lovely place. Clean and everyone was nice.i think for me it was just higher in price than I was expecting. Probably my fault but for a wash and curl (and sadly my hair doesn't last long curly at all) it cost me $75 and I was under the impression it would be closer to $45-55. The stylist did a great job, albeit the curls lasted all of an hour because of a mix between my hair type and the rainy weather, but my hair felt soft for a good few days after!

Last week was the first time i went in to this salon and I absolutely loved it! Amanda washed my hair and gave the most relaxing scalp massage I've ever had. I ended up purchasing the shampoo and conditioner she used on me, it smelled amazing and also cleansed my hair thoroughly. Then I saw Johanna for a cut. I explained to her what I had in mind and she totally exceeded my expectations. She gave me beautiful layers and went from a blunt cut to a subtle 'U' shape. Many of the stylists and staff complimented my hair once it was done. All the people I dealt with, Johanna, Amanda and the ladies at reception are so friendly and kind. I had an amazing experience and I will continue to go back even though it is quite far from where I live. It's worth it!

Walked into this place and they sell Davines products. Was going to order online, then thought I should just purchase from a small business. Was I ever pleased! I was dressed from working out and usually people treat me pretty poorly when I look like the way I do, but this place did not do that. Stefanie(sp?) was amazing. She answered all my questions and more about the hair products. She took the time to advise and gave me my space to explore. I bought hair products and signed up for a colouring appointment with the lovely Darren! I can’t wait to come back and get my hair coloured. They went above and beyond! Such a nice experience.

I absolutely love going to JC Salons. I see Meghan for my colour and she is so creative I feel comfortable letting her decide what is best for me. I originally went in asking for chunky highlights, because that's all I've ever had and she suggested something completely different that no one has ever done before. She gave me a beautiful multi dimensional colour and she it all by painting my hair strand by strand. I love how much constrast I have and the grow out is so seamless! She also recommended these amazing products that have completely changed the way my hair feels. Michelle gave me an awesome blow dry!!! I'm super happy with my hair and I will definitely be back!!!

I have been going there weekly for over 25 years. Liana is amazing for esthetics - Liz is exceptional for blow dries Johnny is amazing for cuts. We get treated like a family and they are always trying to accommodate and make it a pleasurable experience. Highly recommend

I had the best experience yesterday! I would 100% recommend this salon. EspeciallyDAREEN C professionally coloured and highlighted my hair and AMANDA S washed and blow dried my hair.Loved itttt♥️

I'm really disappointed in the haircut that I received and the response I got when I raised my concerns to the management.I went in for the first time thinking that all I want is my short hair shaped a bit, so it should be easy for an intermediate stylist to do. The stylist (Noelle) didn't ask me how short to cut my hair before she chopped it. She barely asked me any questions and then assumed that I must flat iron my hair everyday which I don't and can't because I have a 1.5 yr old and can't leave a hot iron sitting out to cool. Everyone has a different process so I didn't think much of it at first when she didn't ask me the regular questions that every other stylist I've been to asks. But when she cut almost 3inches off the front of my hair without even confirming the length I was peeved.I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt but waking up the next day and not wanting to look at myself in the mirror made me call the salon to ask for a refund. The woman on the phone told me if we gave everyone who had a bad haircut the first time a refund we wouldn't be in business" And to her I say
