I was referred by a friend to Donovan 10 years ago and have been very happy. Initially they were able to set up a unique insurance option for me that all other companies shut down. Recently I’ve been working with Yang Ji and I cannot say enough great things about her. She is quick to respond and always extremely helpful. When I had an issue with my insurance company she immediately took action and got it done. Thank you!

No service, did not call back with answers, could not get my mailing address correct over 2 years. Kevin Donovan was not interested in my concerns. I was doing $20K in business with them yearly. Once I changed brokers I found my concerns over the years where ignored and my new broker saved me thousands per year on numerous policy's Demanded Sherry Cook be taken off my account and like all my concerns this was ignored. It was evident they did not want my business. Stay away from Sherry Cook and Donovan Insurance. Donovan insurance and Kevin Donovan had more than enough chance to keep my business but continued to ignore my concerns
