Throughout my dealings with Bijouterie Robert Richer I have found their customer service to be excellent. They try very hard to find what you are looking for, even if it is not in their store. The quality and creativity of their jewelry is above average. They recently made a ring for me which was modeled after one in their store. They made it to perfection and right on time. They pay great attention to detail, even when fixing costume jewelry. Even their watch straps are better than the norm.I would highly recommend them.
