Pros:● Concrete building (quiet, not a bonfire waiting to happen)● Fantastic view on the north side● Surrounded by parks● Very short walk to many services● Our apartment was clean and renovated● Hydronic heating (no dust!)● Ok parking. Free parking on nearby streetCons:● Smokers! The elevator reeks● Red Deer has a major crime & drug problem. Druggies all over the streets surrounding the building● Building is clean but getting older
