Big Feet

Don't bother with this poorly managed place. Twice I booked an appointment online. Twice I received a last-minute phone call canceling my appointment without explanation. You are better off booking somewhere else that cares about its clients, like The Knead Wellness Centre.

Just arrived WhiteRock last night, and I was walking around then I found this place this morning. I had a good body massage which they called “acupressure”. Pretty relaxed and they make me feel comfortable because they DONT ASK for certain amount of tips. I have been to many massage stores in Downtown Vancouver, people there ASK me for the certain amount of tips and they don’t even do their jobs good! I felt completely different in this store, I’ll definitely come back for the next time! Good service and keep it!

I’ve been going here for the past 6 months. I’ve had a great experience every time I’ve gone. I usually get the full body massage. This is the best value for a full body massage that I have ever had and the quality is excellent. It’s currently $55 for an hour! I would have no problem recommending this place.

Fantastic team, always the best massages. We do the feet but first bit on neck/shoulders. Leave feeling like I'm walking on a cloud everytime!

Everything about the hour massage was fabulous!! A little room for improvement in environment. (Soft towels/ mirror in room) very little to complain about. ❤️

I thought the first time I went here my bad experience was a one off and based on the great experiences I’ve had at other Big Feet locations decided to give it another shot. Unfortunately this location seems give a consistently bad experience. The temperature inside is barely above freezing , the massage rooms are kind of gross and the employees wear the kind of disposable flogged that you’ll see deli workers wear. The gloves are maybe the weirdest part of it, the bunch up, are rough o. The skin and they shift around so much that the massage is constantly interrupted by the therapist (?) having to adjust them. Will I be back to Big Feet? Yes, but never this location.

For $55 its great value. Precise massage that worked all the stiff muscles in the back. The full body massage focusses on back and legs. A little time spent on arms and head, nothing on the feet. A little unusual for the masseuse to be wearing gloves, but it works ok.

I got a foot message and it was great! Everyone was super nice and it was a clean healthy environment. They checked on me several times to see if I was comfortable 10/10 experience!!

Place was clean and tidy. My therapist is really good and knows what she’s doing, unfortunately Im not a fan of using elbow on my back otherwise I would’ve enjoyed the massage more.

Great massage. Don't expect people to talk to you, because they don't speak English well. Other than that my husband and l enjoyed the massage.
