Repaired my partner's galaxy s10 screen flawlessly. Also $70 cheaper than the competition, and I didn't even need to back anything up!In my past I had bad experiences at another store repairing a oneplus 6t so I was skeptical, but they blew me away with their kindness, and service!

I'd definitely come back again for repairs. Although, the phone I brought in could not be repaired, the owner took the time and effort as part of the free diagnostic to try various replacement of parts to determine the issue. Communication can be a bit slow as it is a one-man show but it is one of those few honest businesses with honest pricing within the neighborhood.

I went to several repair places in Vancouver and Burnaby but not one of them was willing to replace the broken screen on my Samsung A11... that was until Mohan at VanCell!! he was quick, courteous, and did exactly what he said he would for a fair price.I will certainly be back.

Mohan is very friendly and knowledgeable. It is a pleasure to deal with him. Came here to replace my phone battery but the microphone stopped working. Without hesitating, he told me to come back and let him resolve it.I have been to a few phone repair shops but most of them are terrible and rude. Definitely come and give this establishment a try. Great customer service and quick turn around time.

Been coming here on and off for years. Great spot to get your phone fixed for a decent price. My last repair, guy said it would take 45 mins, but was done in 20.

Samsung s20 that was fixed couple months ago does not :-charge properly, charge signal would go on but battery won't hold the chwrge-glue from back casing is not holding, hence splitting apart.

I just got my XS iphone fixed after the screen went blank for 24 hours. I was afraid I won’t get my phone back but the Man in charge worked his magic and encouraged me to get a screen guard as well which I did. Customer service is excellent trust me cos I’m big on Customer service.
