My experience with the staff at Assured Automotive was nothing short of stellar. Getting into/being part of an accident is stressful in itself. Nobody plans these types of events. Although it was a long process with my insurance company to get things going, once teamed up with Assured Automotive it was smooth sailing from there. They're patient, understanding and very professional with how they handle their business. I visited their shop a few times before my car appointment and they were able to fix my car temporarily. As luck would have it, they were able to take me a while week early. I appreciate you all and keep up the fantastic work. The front bumper was split, and it was estimated 4400 dollars . But after the car was taken to the shop designated by the insurance company, they called me and said that they had to re-evaluate the car after they had opened it and found additional damage. In the end, both of my headlights were replaced. I seriously suspected that they had intentionally damaged my car to cheat the insurance. But I have no proof. I have to accept it. But then the nightmare came. My car had been repaired there for two months, but they hadn't fixed it, saying they were waitinacces final part . During that time, I urged them many times and asked them what part they were waiting for, and then they said they were waiting for the cooling radiator. But when other car shops looked at the picture they said it wasn't really a radiator, it was just a deflector and it can arrive in two days. So the part they had been waiting two months for was something I didn't need. I was so angry that I immediately asked the insurance company to change the repair shop . Finally, the car was towed to the repairshop I found by myself for repair. It took three days receive all the parts . Focus on coming, because assured took the front bumper apart and left it exposed outside in snow for two months, My brake discs are all rusted so badly that they need to be replaced! And because my front wiring was exposed to the snow for so long, the camera wiring rotted out! This part is said to be out of stock, and now it is only available in Britain. it will take another two months! It took four or five months to fix this front stitch in this shop, and then it cost over $30k! It really is the sun of beach! My monthly payment plus insurance is more than one thousand per month , who will be responsible for this cost!

Great skill, great customer service . Got my lexus bumper repaired there. They did it within a day and result is flawless, they also buff some minor scratches for Free and free touch up paint for my future needs! Highly recommended

I was here for a repair by replacing rear bumper. It was very good to see that they cleaned the interior of the car. But after the repair looks like my trunk is binding when I try to open it. And also they lost the light inside the trunk. The light was working when I gave them the car.

They are amazing. Great customer services and very helpful. Love the repairs that they did. Made the car look brand new again. Will definitely recommend them to anyone that needs their car fixed.

We came in with a small fender bender, but with badly damaged wheels, due to the car being ran into the sidewalk at the time of the accident. The team at Assured Automotive were highly engaged from minute one, and did an amazing job answering our questions and concerns. They even helped us turn lemons into lemonade "by accommodating our request to change the wheel colour as they were being refinished. We could not be happier and we would recommend them to our family and friends in a heartbeat!"
