Ongles Continental Nails

This place is absolutely fantastic! I’ve tried many salons before and this one just stuck! My mom and I both go here. Staff is vary caring and skilled. They are always down to do all my crazy ideas for my nails. Love them, definitely recommend this salon!

I have been a customer of continental nails, on and off for a couple of years now. I have always been satisfied with the service until last week. I had no appointment last Thursday when I went to get my nails done. I told the man at the reception desk that I would wait, he told me it would be 30 minutes. I get a call 10 minutes later telling me to return to the salon. A gentleman proceeded to do my nails. I paid 45$ for a shellac manicure for him to do a horrible job. He didn’t push my cuticles back at all and left a huge space on the bottom and sides when he put the polish on. They have grown out and it look like a two - three week old manicure when it is just over a week old! The nail polish is not uniform and has begun peeling off. Never has my shellac peeled off like this before! I am really disappointed, I feel as though they cared more about having a large quantity of customers rather than giving quality service. I was willing to wait to have someone with more experience do my nails. I will not be back!

I called/ booked 1pm Saturday Manicure/ Pedicure as a special Gift for my grand-daughter. I also called 1/2hr. before arriving to confirm the appointment.We arrived, no was available to start the service?We waited, then the man working there had my grand-daughter start to soak her feet. To make up for the wait time and not great start, I agreed that she could have gel for her pedicure.He (nail tech) told me he was starting and I could leave, go shopping, come back later.45 minutes later I decided to check on her and returned.I was shocked to find my grand-daughter sitting in the same spot, still only soaking her feet, while he was working on another client.He probably didn't think I'd be back within the hour.To take advantage of a minor, to disrespect our time, how very, very rude, very shady.NO ONE should be sitting soaking their feet for 45 minutes while the nail tech is working on another client. I strongly believe he took advantage of my grand-daughter by having her just sit there for 45 minutes soaking her feet and our time and told him so. We were now behind in our day.During a Pandemic, to have a client just sit there for 45 minutes soaking their feet, this is completely unacceptable!I was charged $90.75 for a basic manicure and gel pedicure.Ridiculous, disrespectful service and to be charged $90.75??Shady to say the least.Buyer beware, I felt very scammed, very taken advantage of.I will be filing a complaint about this place with the Better Business Bureau.I hope this never happens to anyone else!Shame on the nail tech!Terrible, terrible, shady way, to treat customers.... and during a Pandemic? Shame on You!

I was served by Nila & she is very professional & friendly. I opted for the gel nails & it was my 1st time. I was very happy with the final product. I however will not do gel nails ever again & that has NOTHING to do with Nila. This is my decision as it weakened my nails & didn't like this. For many women this product strengthens their nails. This is not the case for me.

The receptionist is horrible. They don't answer any basic questions, they just end the conversation. I had an impression I called cave people.

Louis is the best!!!He takes his time to make sure that your nails are done well. I have been to him three times now and I am extremely happy with my nails and get many compliments! Thank you Louis!

I went to get my nails done and they scrapped down to my skin or pretty close. When I said Ouch. She laughed and said oh that's the acrylic." I told her that it was my bare nails close to my skin and she laughed. Then went on to put my shellac and now my nail chipped and it hurts to the touch. So I removed the colour on my own to see this below.After my ordeal I overpaid and even though they are nice they never compensate you for making a mistake and hurting you. Then I heard them talk about clients thinking I didn't understand and they fooled a 15 year old next to me and upsold her on something that wasn't true. Keep your eyes and ears open. I'd rather pay more and get a much better service."

I went after my accident and the staff was very accommodating, kind, and responsive. The man who did my manicure and pedicure did a great job with a lot of attention and effort. I always feel welcome. Very professional service.
