Underwhelmed by the limited variety of goods and items for sale. This weak Canadian edition of a Miniso cannot compare to Oomomo or even the OG Miniso stores in Asia.

Hey there, ur store location is wrong on Google map. It's showing ur store in Portage Place shopping centre instead of CF polopark. I didn't find ur store here.

Purchased a phone mount here that I quickly realized was the wrong one. Before leaving the mall I tried to return it. I was told there was no way I could do that it’s company policy. I looked up the policy online and it says they accept returns on unused or defective items in store with receipt (which I have) I then spoke with the manager who didn’t seem to know the policy and couldn’t offer an exchange or return or any useful information. Thanks for nothing. I guess I’ll gift it to someone?

the store looks so full! this is the best it has ever looked. im glad the new owner knows how to run a business. customers and staff are happy

Got followed around the store and eventually they had security called in..It did not feel very welcoming...
