I locked my keys in my car and needed my keys to open up our business. I had clients waiting and I was very stressed out. I called VI towing to help me and he was there within 10 minutes. It took him less then 5 minutes to get my keys out and I was able to open up our shop in time! Thankyou so much I highly recommend!!!

Got stuck in a precarious ditch following heavy snowfall, they were there within 30 minutes and towed my vehicle out with great care. Very happy with the professional and expedient service.

During the last snowfall, my son backed out of our driveway which we had shoveled and promptly got so stuck that nothing we could do would budge the car. I called VI towing and they were onsite within 30 minutes. The tow truck driver got pulled my car out of the snowbank, then put it up on his truck and drove around the block so he could back up to my driveway and deposit my car safely in the driveway.Tow truck cost: $78.75Stress free removal of car from snowbank: PRICELESS!Best $78 that I have ever spent!

My car broke down on me while on the island and I had it towed to a friends place till I figured out what I could do with my car. It would be too much to get fixed or towed back to the mainland to repair myself as well so I had to bite the bullet and get my car scrapped. I told the guy on the phone I wanted my car scrapped for my friend couldn’t let me park out front of his place anymore due to landlords and that I wanted to scrap my car that day. I wouldn’t make it to be there in time because I had to organize a ride to the car the following day and I asked it was possible if they could empty out all my belongings from the vehicle to where the guy said ya no problem. When I picked up my stuff I noticed there was a couple things missing ie. my papers from my glove box, rolls of film, etc. Now getting home and going thru my things I’m realizing I’m missing things that amount to more than what they paid me for my vehicle ($100)

My truck died and I called VIT and they came within 10 mins and gave me a great quote to get a boost. I highly recommend this company. Super friendly and gave me great advice to fix my issue inexpensively.
