Nice store. I went to the one in St-Jérôme.They have good quality furniture not the particle board and veneer junk most places carry these days. I'll definitely go there again when I need something.

Purchased a dining set from Ashley Homestore Laval in Late November The table omitted a very strong chemical odour similar to gasoline that took over all 3 levels of my home and lasted for weeks. Then the table began to crack and lift. Went into the store to try to get some service and we were turned away. Have been trying to work with after sales service but all you get is the run around. Sent photos sent everything that was asked and it only results in more waiting more info we have been at this for weeks and weeks and now they want to book a third party technician to come two more weeks from now are you kidding me. All good to take your money but try to get your clearly defective item replaced and see how far you get.I do not recommend

Very good sales team, customer service and delivery. Great deals. We bought a bedroom set, living room table, 2 sofas and kitchen table. Some of the furniture was ready for delivery even before scheduled date. We recommend Ashley Laval!Happy New Year to Sara and the whole team! Wishing you all continued success.

Quality furniture, good prices & great service? - edited Sept 11th: at purchase we were told 2 to 5 weeks for delivery, it has now been 8 weeks. We call every week and they always say they don't know when it will be delivered and to call next week

Wonderful Experience shopping at Ashely. our Salesperson Roxane was knowledgeable without being pushy which i value a ton. First time visit, beautiful furniture. Came back on boxing day and bought a whole new living room.

Good choice of furniture with comparable prices to Leon's with slightly better quality. I got some furniture here but remember going across the world to get a deal. Our salesman (an older man) had a leaky faucet for a nose (which he kept slurping back in for 35 minutes until he got some tissue papers) and became rude with me when I went and got a better price from another salesman. Overall my experience here was okay. Unlike other places, the delivery was not included and took close to 6 weeks. The delivery guys were nice but not at all gentle with the furniture. Thankfully nothing was damaged grace to the extra packaging. I recommend this place but don't get attached to any specific salesman until you're ready.

My parents bought a sofa set from here. Told us delivery will be approximately in 5 weeks. Which is understandable, the ones on the floor are for show and they need to create that piece again and have it shipped from the US.As the delivery date approached, we get a call from them stating that the sofa has not come into their warehouse yet. Said they should have it in the next 1-2 weeks. Slightly irritated but I understood. Instead I had to place the call a week later to get a status update. Said they were ready to deliver it. Gave us a date, and said delivery time is between 4-7pm (which I found rather odd).On the day of delivery, I get a call from Ashley an hour before the delivery time, saying they were going to be late, they would not orovide a time. I confirmed with them if the delivery was going to be done tonight, the individual said yes.It’s 10pm, my furniture is still not here. Gonna go walk in and ask for a full refund. These clowns can take your money but can’t hole themselves accountable when it comes to delays.

We recently made a purchase at the Laval store... I wanted everything in the store! But after paying close attention to the details and recommendations made by our salesperson, we finally made a selection. Thank you Larry! You were exceptionally helpful and very friendly! We should be receiving our purchase in a couple of weeks and will follow up on that part of the purchase after the delivery! Dora

Worst After Market service; bought a table and the next day it was already damaged. I paid a lot of money for something build it Quebec and paid extra to get the full service and 3 months later the issue still hasn't been resolved. I call every week and leave messages and never get a call back. Furniture and salesman are great the service after is awful.
