The collision center doesn’t get things done on time. They tell you they will repair one day and they next they have a different story to tell. They say they will keep you updated but they honestly couldn’t care less. The receptionist lady of the collision center could be a bit nicer don’t know what she’s dealing with but being genuinely kind isn’t that hard.
