They sold us a beautiful rose gold faucet from Aquabrass. After a few months it began turning black. They are ordering us a new one so hopefully this won't happen again.

Great service today, thank you! Purchased a kitchen faucet in 2019, it has a very tiny, slow leak- more of a nuisance than an emergency. Their supplier will be replacing the part AND it's in stock!I think I may buy a lottery ticket today too. ;)

First time got one whole bathroom remake and used Batimat materials on that bathroom plus some more for other bathrooms. Sales clerk very helpful on the day you are ordering, however whenever there is a problem, you need to run around try to fix their mistakes and get a part that is missing or not matching. Then, when all was done, no news from them. No apologies nothing for that part. Few years later, we move, we needed just some accessories. Since their models are nicer than usual hardware store stuff, we ordered. Again super nice on the day we order, then doesn't answer nor reply to emails. Very rude afterwards. Talked to another person who works downstairs, he is so defensive when all I was saying was to make sure the next batch is not missing anything. He needs to learn to listen and communicate better. Why is he so defensive? Not accusing, takes it so personal. After all these events plus their products are expensive, would you go back? Gee

Do not go here.I went here today. My friend was there with me ( who has or had account or so called " one ) And he knew better the pcs I needed to buy. We were told it would take over 6 months to make a account?The lady receptionist was soo rued and did not even want to take the time to look up our info or even make a account with them or even call a sells person to help us find the pcs we need. My friend was speaking to her in French and she even refused to respond in French only English.We even brought the pcs with us that we wanted to buy that was broken. We had to BUY a new one and probably more stuff. Keep in mind the pcs we had with us came from them originally years ago. She still did not want to help us even with the pcs we had. I never thought it would be so hard to buy a least 2k shower head plus more stuff afterward cause we needed more stuffTO BAD you missed a big sells"

I have an appointment with Gabrielle. Waited 20 minutes and sent an Email. She never called me. I have a baby to take care my husband is working building our house my time is limited. If she sets us an appointment and I make my time for her! She should respect.Very disappointed! If not because they have mgs products I will never want to continue with this shop.The funny thing is I talked to her manger after, she said it’s a misunderstanding she never had appointment with me. No apologies I even sent her an email after talking with her yesterday to confirm the appointment. Even funnier, manager said she never received. What an oddManager just called me she said she does not like the review I wrote and I spent lots of their time for the products? Really so far a 30 min call. And emails which rep never replied for days… she is calling people are giving them bad reviews angry customers, and it hurt their business, so they suggested me to buy from elsewhere you know what I have already started.If your rep is providing the nice service after all and we have a happy ending I will for sure change my review.And I rarely give bad review. 3/160 reviews I did, so I am the angry customer or your are a bad decision maker..If they only want quick sell and do not want to solve the problems.Like all other reviews , think about after sell service you can get.. .. I am glad we did not start far

Maurice Menard ... what incredible service!!!! I came in with a sink part that I had originally purchased in 2004, thinking... 'if we can't find it, we'll need to start from scratch....which would be more money and mess.'. Mr. Menard looked at it and then spent the next 20 minutes patiently sorting through various options, until the problem was totally resolved. M. Menard- you saved us a lot of hassle! Thanks so much.
