Foot Locker

Foot Locker in Langley offers a wide range of athletic footwear and apparel. The store has a good selection of popular brands and styles. The staff is friendly and helpful. However, the prices can be on the higher side, and the store can get crowded during peak hours

I purchased shoes which were on sale (black Friday) and needed a larger size. We were told Foot Locker can't exchange the shoe for the same price. My wife didn't have my credit card the first time she went to exchange my shoes so she couldn't return the shoes upon being notified of their policy". She returned to the store today to return the shoes only to discover the shoes could have been exchanged for the original purchase price but the size I require is currently out of stock. So we returned the shoes. I fail to understand why the first sales associate was so adamant she knew the policy but clearly it wasn't correct. Frustrating."

Sam was a fantastic from beginning to end. I’ve also left a positive survey, but felt he required more praise. I asked Sam what his favourite pair of shoes on the floor was and he quickly found me the perfect pair of Jordans. He found my size easily, was well-spoken, punctual and interactive. Big things ahead in life for Sam no questions asked. Thanks for making my experience as a customer more enjoyable. Will definitely be re-visiting this location again soon!

Went to the Willowbrook (Langley) store with a $350 gift card. Spent some, left $125 on the card. When I went to use the card almost a month later it was empty. Called FL and they told me someone in Quebec had made transactions on the card for the remainder of what was on it. At no point was Foot Locker even remotely helpful - I spent half a day just phoning random numbers getting the runaround, nobody even knew what to do with my situation. In the end I was told that because the card was used in-person, even though it wasn't, I was simply out the money.There's other places to get the brands stocked by Foot Locker and I'd try all of them twice first before shopping with FL again.

I went there looking for a particular pair of shoes and i went there twice to speak to different sales associates and the first told me they don't carry the shoes and the second one told me that they do but they don't have the size that I wanted and none of them mentioned the fact that they can place an order for me to pick up in store when I had told both of them how I was running around the mall lookin for the shoes. The store was EMPTY and they made sure to be as unhelpful as possible. I later found this out when I called their customer service line looking for the shoes.

They never return shoes, saying that it's footlocker policy, what about the Nike policy??... rest was okay but I can't say anything much because I am very disappointed..its my first and last day in the footlocker store.. will never come back again... will never recommend to anyone...So depressed..

Can someone explain why there’s only men’s clothing and children but nothing for women??

Daniel and Joti were very helpful at the Willowbrook Mall location. Daniel, upon entering, greeted us right away and showed us around, made sure we knew where to look. Joti made my sons day by letting us know a shipment of runners just came in and he may have what my son was wanting. Sure enough, they did. Thanks for going the extra mile. We will be back !
