The Nail Lab

I had my first gel manicure done at the nail lab and it lasted a month! The nail techs are very skilled and well-experienced. I enjoyed how small and cozy the nail salon was (3 nail stations). Great job ladies!

I have been here for over a year. They are very nice, professional, stylish and patience. They will try the Color on first to make sure it is the Color I want. They are artists! I will definitely recommend friends coming here.

l sperately needed a refill The salon itself is beautiful, fancy and clean. I felt bad for the woman that did my nails because I am soo picky but she was so sweet and patient with me and turned out to do a fantastic job. I was pleasantly surprised. It's too bad I live in the East end or else this would be my new regular spot.

The manicure I received was top-notch, and my nails looked absolutely stunning. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and they made sure that I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a great manicure!

I have never had such a negative experience at a nail salon…All three employees were either looking at their phones or distracted the entire time; the lady doing my nails stopped to play Pokémon go, and then she spit a piece of candy into her hand and proceeded to touch my hands before washing the saliva off of her hands.The salon is small, stuffy and very uncomfortable. Would not recommend, even if my life depended on it.

The usual nail place I go had shut down unexpectedly. I was on the hunt for a new nail salon. It's very hard to find the right one.I'm very particular. I discovered The Nail Lab. Its different from what I am used to. It was a small, cozy place. Very quiet. It was all about me. The technician really took her time and was very detailed. She did an excellent job! Will be going back.

I come to the Nail lab every 3-4weeks. The ppl here are very friendly and easy to communicate. Great technique. The price is reasonable too! Highly recommended!

I can't believeI have been coming here for years and they always do a great job, If there was an issue with my nails, they'd fix it with no extra cost and are super sweet about it.I felt very comfortable coming here as measures are in place to deal with the covid virus.

I have been doing nails for years. Decided to try a different one closer to home.The nail tech there was using a drill to remove the gel but cut right into my skin. My appointment was an hour long and I was still bleeding after an hour. It was alright I thought. Accident happens. I still left a tip, paid total $95. However a week later, the colored tip of the nail chipped off. Couple days later my real nail chipped off. Few days more my 2nd nail chipped. I went on Instagram chat. They said they would fix it no problem.On day of appointment, a different nail lady in her 40s rudely asked me why I didn't answer my phone. And she was forced to stay because I didn't pick up. I explained that I was at work and could not have access to my phone. I was slightly offended to be honest. As I did show up on time and did phone back to confirm my appointment after I saw the miss call.Then she said she would have to charge me for the fix. I was like.. um.. I was told no charge. In the end she said she would do it but the crystals I would have to pay extra. I wished they told me when I msged them on Instagram..Fine.. she said she would fix it with just base color just this time. Then she went on how I didn't treat my nails properly. At that time she made me feel like everything was my fault...Just terrible experienceNot one bit pleasantSpeaking in their own language whole time and checking phone many times during serviceDon't go
