Pizza One Muskoka
Popped into Pizza One Muskoka over the weekend after hearing great reviews from our bed and breakfast hosts at Blue Spruce. We were shocked to hear they had a 2-hour wait and even more shocked to hear that they've had this kind of wait for the past few weeks. If you hear this, please do not let it deter you - the wait was SO worth it. There's a reason the wait time is long - the pizza is delicious and the even spread of the toppings made them photo-perfect. We had the Perogy Pie (unreal) and the Chicken Bruschetta (also unreal). The owners are very kind and since we ordered small pizzas, they were able to squeeze them into the oven with some of the other orders to move up our time - a small gesture that we greatly appreciated.Top quality pizzas - worth the wait and worth every penny!

Their dipping sauce makes the pizza crust edges a treat in its own.They cater to most dietary restrictions which was a pleasant surprise to find in Muskoka / Gravenhurst.While you wait for your pizza, explore the interior design of the restaurant.Location is ideal too with parking, coffee shop and a gas station all within 50 meters

If I say, Best Pizza in world, so it wouldn’t be overstatement.We tried Asian delight pizza from Pizza One, as per owner recommendation, and I can definitely say that the pizzas tastes outstanding and cannot be compared to any big chains. They leave you feeling very light and full without the heavy greasy feeling.Must visit, delicious and freshly stone baked pizzas. Do recommend for people who love Pizza.The husband and wife team are very pleasant, would absolutely keep coming back (Insha-Allah)

It's mixed feelings now. Pizza dough and crust are still very delicious, however the amount or cheese n toppings sharply decreased on my 2 last pizza orders. I don't know what happened, but I m not sure I will reorder from this place. I will keep trying other pizza joints in the area .

Definitely an amazing and delicious Pizza spot. I am not a pizza fan, but this pizza (Mediterrenean) honestly tasted AMAZING! These types of places are hard to find. The owner, was so sweet and friendly. She spoke to us while our pizza was being made and truly provided a great customer experience. Do check this spot out if you are a pizza lover!

What an amazing Pizza place!! Ordered a medium Mediterranean Pizza for myself and my wife and honestly it was perfectly cooked, soft and crunchy at the same time; and the flavors were just so delicious. The owner, she was so sweet and nice. Great customer service! Make sure you check this place out. I highly recommend it.

Walking into Pizza One Muskoka, I didn't realize that my standards for pizza were about to increase. The pizza is mouth watering with fresh ingredients, lots of cheese (no skimping here), and a delicious crust. To top things off, they use organic ingredients & have a list full of pizza dip options. The customer service was just as AMAZING as the pizza. Tabi & the pizza made my day a whole lot brighter & I came back 5 days later on my way back from the cottage. I will definitely be a regular whenever I'm in town. Thanks so much Pizza One Muskoka for making pizza lovers proud & delivering great product along with great customer service :)

Great local pizza place in Gravenhurst. Street parking is available in front of restaurant. Indoor and outdoor patio seating areas available. New owners have expressed their commitment to keeping the same recipes as the previous owners.They have your typical pizza flavours such as Hawaiian, Canadian, Meat lovers, Super Pepperoni and Deluxe. More unique options include Donair, Chicken Broccoli, Pierogi, Ocean Delite, and vegetarian options like Spanikopita and Cheesy Asparagus. Salads, wraps, burritos, quesadillas, and chicken wings are also on the menu.We tried their chicken bruschetta pizza. Priced reasonably, and very flavourful. The pizza crust was not ultra thin so it withstood the weight of the chicken, tomatoes, herbs and cheeses. The crust had a lightly crisp exterior with a tender doughy interior and was served hot and fresh from the oven. A small pizza ($13) was filling enough for hubby and I for lunch. Would definitely come back when in the area to try more of their pizzas.

Pizza One’s chicken bruschetta ($16 for a medium) starts with a garlic butter base that’s topped with chunks of chicken, onion, tomato, parmesan, and mozzarella with a sprinkling of Italian seasoning to provide a pop of freshness. Overall, the pie has good flavours (the parmesan adds such a nice salty finish) and the toppings are well spread out allowing each bite to incorporate all the ingredients.While Pizza One has tons of developed recipes, my husband always goes with his custom pizza ($18.50 for a medium): pepperoni, mushroom, onions, and extra cheese. His wasn’t as impressive as the chicken bruschetta, the pepperoni were larger slices, which meant they needed to be toasted longer as the soggy centre ends up tasting like bologna. With the extra cheese, Pizza One should consider applying less marinara to ensure the crust doesn’t become doughy and soft.They are not a thin crust pizza, but their crust is still slimmer than what’s typically found at the chains. The chicken bruschetta’s crust was nice and airy, and the bottom lightly toasted until it almost had a Pizza Hut crunch and flavour but without the greasiness and heaviness. I've never had it myself, but my husband claims it's like New Orleans’s pizza crust.
