Very friendly staff and owner. I have been looking for the everyday gold chain and stumbled upon this local jewelry shop while visiting Courtenay for a holiday. I’m a novice in gold jewelry collection and the staff assisted me in trying chains of different width and style to help me find out THE gold chain for my lifestyle. I’m still deciding but i will keep Graham in mind when I’m ready to customize a chain.I’m leaving this review in appreciation for the shop owner and staff member’s help and time assisting me at my time of visit with my friends.

New owners at Graham Jeweler's. They are kinder than the original owners. I went in forwatch straps, etc, and go exceptional service right away. ...I was running late, and the young gentleman delivered my watch that wasn't ready at the time, so he hand delivered to me personally at Gladstones when they closed. Extremely impressive service.THANK YOU

I recently took my engagement ring in to be resized and I couldn't be happier about the experience. I was nervous sending something of that value away but they made me feel confident and trusting of the process. The price was extremely reasonable as well it only took 2 weeks to get it back. They also got it redipped for me and the sparkle to it makes it look brand new again! I would HIGHLY recommend them to everyone and anyone. The service was incredible.
