Waited almost AN HOUR after ordering our pitas before we recieved them all. They were too busy with mobile orders and most of the employees were standing around while one of them was rushing to do everything. Two of us ordered the southwest chicken and it turned out they were out of the sauce for the southwest chicken so they gave us regular chicken and didn't say anything till we mentioned it. My pita also had pieces of random vegetables that I didn't order that had been swept in from the grill and the cutting board which was not great. I usually love Pita Pit, but was not impressed with this location.

have their website hours up saying open until 7 on sundays, came in 5:20 to find all the hours blacked out on the sign out front so I couldn’t find out when they’d be open next, and no one to be found inside. Heard they have new management, hope they don’t stick around long. Absolute joke.

UPDATE: WOW, I have since been back and noticed that this location in under NEW OWNERSHIP! Congratulations, the place has never looked so good, clean, fresh and of course the food and staff are amazing. I will be a regular for sure!!!!I have recently gone back to visiting this Pita Pit location, after a couple of years of being away from it. I am not sure what has changed, but in the past couple of weeks, the store is now nice and clean, service is amazing and food quality is fresh! What ever you did, keep it up and I will be coming back more frequently. It's great to see the old Pita Pit back again.

This a complaint, not a review. So the 5 star is to keep this from hurting the overall review of an otherwise great place.Please teach your employees some respect. I just had a girl in your uniform scream at me for doing my job. I don't appreciate being harrassed and while she's in uniform she's still representing your company. I found it disrespectful and rude. I said and did nothing. I was just standing here doing my job and she just came right up and started cursing and screaming in my face. This happened at 3:15PM. She was heading away from this location so I assume she worked here. I don't want anything given to me. I just ask if you could please remind your younger employees that harrassing someone else doing their job is highly innapropriate. Especially when she's wearing a uniform telling me where to send my complaint.I hope you guys have a wonderful day otherwise!

This assessment needs a zero category. This establishment should be closed. I’ve never been scammed this hard… brisket pita with no brisket 2 steak pitas loaded with onions ugh and the steak was rubbish worthy and hard, didn’t even get the club opened once we noticed the meat was slimes. $58 in the garbage. Did call to let mgmt know they have big problems there and we will never be patrons of this establishment ever again. Waste of my hard earned money!

Probably won't be back, and I don't mean to this specific store, I mean to Pita Pit in general. It's ridiculous that to get a gluten-free pita I have to pay for a regular sized pita, plus $2 extra for a gluten-free pita that is wayyy smaller then the regular size. Then, it seems like the poor workers hate the GF pita because they have to microwave it, it burns their fingers, and it rips and is hard to handle. Then! They can't put nearly as much toppings in it because it's so small and mangled, and I end up paying almost $15 for a small sized Pita. Their system is broken in my opinion and I think today was the final straw. I appreciate that it's healthier then burger joints and they offer a gluten-free option, but I can't justify paying so much for such a small pita.

Ever since Trish took over this location it’s been awful. Trish is not a good manager, she doesn’t know protocols and policy’s within her store.She is very ignorant and rude with her staff members.(someone just quit due to her ignorance)I feel very bad for the individuals employed by her.

This is the worst pita pit I've ever been to. An absolute scam. The serving size should be valued at about 5dollars but it cost about 18. An absolute joke of a store which I will never go to again and make sure anyone I know never goes there as well
