Maya's Boutique

Bought a lehenga last minute for a friend’s wedding, had to get it altered to size and my seamstress was extremely impressed by the level of detail and craftsmanship that went into every stitch inside and out! One of the comfortable outfits I’ve ever worn with such elegant details. Very impressed and would recommend anyone who wants a unique piece !

I was a fan of mayas boutique and I know the owner, she is super nice and very helpful. Mayas boutique has always been my go-to store, but ever since they started growing, their service has declined tremendously. I came in a few times lately to shop for bridal outfits and jewelry and the lady behind the jewelry counter provides poor service to customers and has no patience at all. Also the girls they hired are beyond lazy and not enthusiastic to show anything and lacks energy. At first I thought maybe they had a rough day and that I should buy all of them coffee or something.. but I went numerous times after in hopes that the service would be better, but it was horrible. I don't mean to leave a bad review but only in hopes that the service will improve in the near future!

First time to Maya’s. They have an alright selection of clothing. I did how ever had my eye on this beautiful rose gold necklace and earring set. The lady that was “helping” us was extremely rude and unprofessional. She would be “helping” us and leave in the middle of telling us somthing to help a customer that just walked though the door. I would understand if she was the only person working but that was not the case. I noticed (more then once) she was eager to help customers that speak the same language and quick so leave my mother, grandmother and I to help our self. After some eye rolling and some attitude when asked a question, we left with nothing. While I loved the set I wouldn’t give them a penny due to their poor customer service.

My wife and mother in law went to look at potential sarees for our wedding and the customer service they had experience was horrendous. They were spoken down to by the man helping them. They were turned off by the whole experience and they are both patient and friendly people especially my mother in law. So to have upset her, the service really had to cross a line. We also went with our mutual friend to look at jewellery at the sister store for her wedding and the lady there wasn't really friendly if at all. It was as if she was doing her a favour letting her rent jewellery. It really made the experience awkward, even though it should be an exciting time for anybody.

Best Kanchivaram shop in Toronto, probably could say in all of Canada. When my wife and I walked in there the first time we were amazed with the Store setup. We were in aw. We've been to Maya's Boutique and we know how there standard is but Maya's Silk is just Phenomenal. Thank you for her Red 2 tone saree!!! If you want to be unique and one of a kind, it's the Best shop for all your wedding needs!!!

I was so excited for my order after seeing them on tiktok but honestly I regret it. I placed an order on January 21st and they told me it would take 6 weeks to arrive. I had to follow up twice and they finally shipped it on April 6th, 11 weeks after I placed the order. I ordered 3 blouses in standard sizes and all items were in stock. Huge regret as I don’t even need the blouses anymore and my events have passed.

Yes, they are pricey but I like their quality. I got a blouse in 2016 and it’s still good. I have matched it with most of the sarees and never disappointed. I have tried blouses from different places but the quality is poor that the hooks pop off quick or they rip. I don’t mind driving all the way from Acton to Scarborough just for a blouse if I can get the quality worth my money.

Whether it's jewelry or sarees, hands down one of the best shops in town with an amazing collection!! A very unique and high quality collection compared to other stores I've been to. Great customer service! They were so helpful and patient! You will definitely walk out of this store with 100% satisfaction!My go-to place! ❤

I’ve been ordering from this boutique for 2 years now for all my events! I have built a new wardrobe with her collection and have always got overwhelming compliments! I am a very picky person and only like certain styles and visions but she works with you to make it happen!
