Kristen has been handling all my insurance and financing needs for my home and car for almost about three years now, Always sweet to talk with and does a really amazing job in getting rates which I couldn't find anywhere else.

I am using Desjardins from last 3 years and giving high premium 350 dollar per month. I often contact with Kristen to lower the price . This year the quote goes down to 275 dollar . This is thirdparty insurance to my car having G2 is good at this moment. She is very good as a professional listen and try to solve the issue according to company rules and regulations. Last 2 years i have never drive my car so much but paying every month around 350 is feel costlier for me . Anyhow i will request the management to consider Indian driving experience for future use.So that people will buy more cars and goes with Desjardins.

The worst insurance, awful customer service. A agent name Lauren Xu practically yell at customer and hang up phone call. If we have no other place to spend you money, choose this company. I don’t know what other insurance company have, but at least they won’t yell at customer.

Jim Yee has a style. He goes beyond the call of duty to help people! And he is very honest!Yesterday I called my insurance for a small issue. Today I got a call from Jim Yee with a nice surprise.Due to some changes made last summer, our car insurance and house insurance dropped out of the car and house bundle business discount on their system. When Jim reviewed our file last night, he found this error and contacted the head office. He got a refund for us and lowered our monthly payment for the future. I was deeply touched.
