Closed SundaysEdit: nail in tire. Referred by Canadian Tire service desk saying Mel’s was open today (Sunday). Google listing shows hours of operation Sunday 10am-3pm. Business was closed upon arrival at noon. Honest mistake, could have been avoided with a phone call but owner should also update hours of operation.

Good communication about repair status, estimated cost. First time we tried them...chose them because of their support for Rat Terrier Rescue Canada. Not disappointed at all with quality and time of repair. Update July 2023: very satisfied with AC repair for our Rav4. Roy is great communicator. Reasonable charges. Only fixes what is necessary, which was issue at our former shop.

Always great service and quick turn around time. If they can squeeze you in and have the part they will repair same day. Other shops have you waiting and waiting. Been doing business with them a few years now with a couple cars I’ve owned. Will continue to do business with them.
