My day was absolutely ruined as I was driving up to Whistler. I shortly was in a car accident minutes away from whistler and the quickest tow truck service I have ever experienced showed on scene. They were very kind, quick and efficient and even fixed my vehicle on scene so I was able to drive home instead of being towed away. I have never had a towing company be so selfless and help me and my family. They were a few of the kindest men ive met and were more than happy to help me fix my truck, calm us down and get us home.Thank-you markus and angelica

Recently I received exceptional service from Cooper's Towing. First, the wait time was a fraction of BCAA's associate's towing - one hour versus five. When the driver was going to be delayed 10-15 minutes, he called and let me know. Then, when he arrived, he actually got the car running so no tow was necessary. However, he escorted me to the repair shop just in case the problem recurred. And this excellent service was delivered in a very congenial manner; AND, for NO CHARGE!

What a great experience from Austin Cooper!! I locked my keys in my car WITH my dog on a hot day and he came quickly to save the day! So thankful for the excellent, speedy service. He was funny and friendly and knew that it was important that it be done quickly. Highly recommend!

Friday afternoon of a long weekend, minutes from Whistler, a family member's vehicle was hit. Cooper Towing was on scene immediately and worked their magic to make the vehicle drivable. Thanks for everything guys!

Drove my Subaru 7km up the Chance Creek FSR this week in winter conditions. The weather warmed up so much, that when we returned to the car after our trip to Brew Hut, it was like driving in mashed potatoes. My manual car was struggling to get enough speed and traction to make it up the hills on the way back. Cooper's Towing was the only place willing to come and had a reasonable response time. Austin gave me some tips on how to try to drive out on our own and told me they'd tow me out no matter how stuck we got! Eventually we made it out on our own, and didn't need a tow in the end. Helping others out, when they could have cashed in on a nice towing fee, is exceptional customer service. I'm hoping I won't need a tow up the sea to sky again, but if I do, I'll definitely be ringing Cooper's first!

I have never experienced a towing company like Coopers. In. My. Life.My fiancée and I were in a car accident 5 minutes to whistler and they were absolutely nothing I would have expected a towing company to be. They talked to us for about an hour listening to the situation, ensuring everything will be okay and calming us down. they even helped to move the exhaust (it was squished against the tire) so we were able to drive the rest of the way to whistler. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this company! My fiancée is currently on the phone with them explaining how grateful we are for them and I cannot be more happy that they put a smile on his face and is laughing after this horrible situation (I couldn’t even make him smile) thank you so much Austin Cooper and his absolute wonderful staff.

I highly recommend Coopers towing, they are the best tow service I’ve ever found!! I was driving up Cheekamas campground road and got stuck all the way at the top in some deep slushy snow. I called in for a tow and they arrived in no time! Other tow trucks couldn’t get up to us but Austin had the best car for the job! Austin went the extra mile to ensure we got back to the roads safe and sound! If you’re looking for a tow, give Coopers towing a ring and you’ll be in safe hands! I had an excellent experience when they towed my bike to the shop. The have the right equipment and knowledge to load and secure bikes which is a really nice since most companies don't. I definitely recommend them if you need your bike towed.

It took Austin and a second tow truck to pull my Sprinter van out of a scary situation. Never thought it would happen to me, but crazy weather situations right now (Boxing Day 2022). His expertise was critical and while it wasn’t cheap, for the time and effort I’d count it as a great value. I hope I don’t need to call them again, but if I need to, I know I’ll get the experts.
